Oh dear, Luke A thought Luke S has a problem with him, so when hearing noms he heard Luke S say it was the other way around, the way he thought of himself as the mature father of the house image was dented. He's going around now trying to assure them that he's mature. That's all.

No other explanation at all is needed.
Why can't he accept they perhaps just simply don't like him?

I really struggle with this aspect of him. We would all love to be liked, life isn't like that I'm afraid. He only got 4 nominations and you would think he's been hung, drawn and quartered the way he's behaving about it. Becoming now.

I agree

After seeing how he felt and the outrage on FB and Twitter about noms I think BB went into overdrive with the damage limitation

It wouldnt look good for BB if Luke A comes out and just talks about how he felt ostracized by certain HMs and felt bullied by the sneering, whispering and pisstaking

BB tells him to go to the other HMs and talk then they get Caroline in to tell her how her bitching could be seen as bullying and ostracizing other HMs

Job done by BB, they can always say that LukeA was on speaking terms so had no problems with all the other HMs and that they adressed the problem of Carolines attitude with some HMs so Luke a has no case against BB for lack of due care

The only thing is that its all to late for either Luke or Lauren

I really think that trying to go round sorting out your differences while you have the chance is more positive than those reactions, don't you?
He'll be gone tomorrow, so you can put your rose-tinted glasses away then.

While I would like to believe that Luke a performed this cringworthy and craven display of supplication for the purposes of 'unity' in the house (as he said in the DR), his previous behaviour does not support this.

When others, like Luke s, had made overtures to him previously, when he was in a stronger position in the house, his response was 'too little too late', indeed this was his catchphrase for a while.

Now, his position is much weaker, since not only is he up for eviction, but if he stays he will only have one real friend in the house. This is why he went round working the room - he would not have given the others the time of day otherwise.

He should have stuck with his friends and not tried to cravenly ingratiate himself with those who have bitched and schemed about him from day one.

Real friend? How many "real friends" do the other HM's have, Luke S has Ashleigh That's it although as we know he's not a real friend to her.

How many HM's did Luke A speak to? I saw him with Luke S and Becky, and Lauren with Becky and Caroline, Sara chose to explain to him about her nomination.

IMO being nominated gave him a reason to talk to them, get to know them more, and decide if they're worth worrying about.....I think he will find Deana was spot on, that group are not worth worrying about, they all gave a reason for their nomination, but they had all been party to Carolines and Becky's bitching sessions, other than Luke S I don't think they have a problem with him but saw him as someone who could knock Lauren out of the competition.

I'm sure most men would wonder why they were disliked more than Conor.
