I'd say at this point, I'd say that Jenn is playing a really solid game. She's completely out of the way, but has picked a side (and seemingly the correct side), seems well respected by her alliance but is also liked by the other side, has a good relationship with her mentor, and just generally seems to have sailed by with ease. She apparently has a deal with Ian beyond her role in the Diversity alliance or whatever they are calling it too.
She hasn't done anything spectacular, but at this point, they shouldn't be doing anything other than setting themselves up for the future. I'd say Jenn has done that better than anyone. She might end up being a complete floater, but she's positioned herself very well at the moment.
