The houseguests have been given Pizza, i'm guessing as a way of calming down after the action of the evening, the occasional mention of the Headbutt that Willie gave Joe

Per Ian, Alison Grodner told them in the living room a couple of hours after Willie went to DR that Willie would not be coming back.
Ian: Willie kicked the door and then he said some swear words.
Ian: They (production) told Joe to stay in the bathroom. And they told Joe and Willie to stay away from each other.
Confirmed by Ian, Willie was expelled from house, he didn't quit
