Refurbished mobile phone?

Hi peeps,

I already posted a thread in general Advice, as I was looking for a good deal on smartphones.

I saw this offer:

which would suit me perfectly, but my only concern is that it's a refurbished phone. What are your experiences of refurbished phones, and has anyone ever used this company? The reviews vary wildly, so I don't know if it's worth taking the risk.
