I agree the best way for M to respond is to do business as usual, keep being the top grossing concert, the no 1s, the awards. Success is the only way she's gonna get a real fingers up at Elton for this.

I wouldn't say everyone loves M Josh She's very marmite, she has as many haters as she does fans but one thing is for sure..many people are fascinated by her and what she's up to but I certainly don't think everyone loves her
