Something must have happened to Katherine Jackson. She`s disappeared out of her grandkids lives and hasn`t so much as rang? Even if you`re de-stressing, a call to loved ones isn`t too much. I think it`s one of the most relaxing things you can do,having a chat with kids/grandkids--if you like them.

I think they are involved for different reasons. Janet might be involved so she can protect her own money from the greedy bunch, or because she is worried for their mother. Jermaine and Randy want $$$.

The whole crew seems so divided, messed up, and no one really thinks what is the best for the kids.

Since everyone here is interested in the Jacksons can I point you towards this parody. I personally find it hilarious (I'm biased to it though as I help take part). The Jacksons: Everybody's Dream:

So who is looking after the kids? They can't be left on their own for weeks if they are under age.

It is incredible that MJ's family all think they are entitled to some of his money. Did MJ pay them money before he died? I would be surprised if he wasn't paying some of them an allowance.

TJ (not Trent! ) has been granted temporary guardianship of the children. With Tito backing out of the whole thing, I see this as a good thing, as it would appear that the children are their main priority.

I wish that was the case, but I have serious doubts. It's a little bit strange that Tito suddenly backs away, after being very much involved, within a day of his son being granted temporary guardianship. I just don't trust him, or any of them. I fear for those youngsters, I really do.

I thought Michael was quite close to Tito's children though, so would think hed be ok with this? Apparently the children are in favour of this arrangement too.

The children might be best off if they actually had a non related guardian, who was just paid salary from the estate, and had no hopes in any way of getting their hands on the inheritance money.

Haven't they been looked after by nannies and body guards until now anyway, I highly doubt the 84 year old grandmother has done much real parenting.

Where does Diana Ross come into all of this if Katherine cannot take guardianship for them? I thought she was the other option in Michael's will?

Hope its all sorted out very soon for the sake of the children. They've had enough pain in their lives already.

The judge has told TJ to give notice to Diana Ross AND Debbie Rowe and also recommended he file for permanent guardianship.

I know many won't agree with me but I think the kids should either go back to their mother or Diana Ross.. Get them away from the Jackson circus

I'm not sure that a 68 year old woman is that much better than a 82 year old one - they are both going to have trouble dealing with three kids under the age of 12.

Sure these are Michael's wishes but he wasn't exactly the most sane and stable person - shopping sprees, dangling a baby over the edge of a balcony, keeping them masked, his estate was in massive debits until he died and others took control. I'm not sure his wishes are necessarily the best for his kids.

TJ claimed Grandma sounded drugged on the phone, meanwhile....

Quote:
Outside court, Perry Sanders, Katherine Jackson's estate attorney, described the situation as a "giant misunderstanding."

But Sanders' view conflicts with that of Sandra Ribera, Katherine Jackson's family attorney, who said in court that she has "reason to believe Ms. Jackson is being held against her will."
Could Joe soon be strutting his stuff....

Joe Jackson.... returned to Los Angeles today.

He had been conspicuously absent.... but a source confirmed to ABC News that he's now "getting more involved in this mess."

Well they haven't actually denied that she had a stroke - just that she was seriously ill, but even a minor stroke would explain changes in speech.

He's team Trent. Trent has been fired by katherine apparently. Also...he said that Katherine gave him approval to file for guardianship but Katherine has denied this.
