From watching Steve and Ted on YouTube - who are both absolutely awesome and in my mind look how I would expect Jesus to look, they both acted AND sung beautifully and emotionally

In my mind then that rules out Rory as after last nights In the Air which is almost a spitting in some ones face type of song, which Rory just, well, sang. No emotion at all

I like Roger's voice but too soulful for the part

Ben has better acting and a good voice

Still in my mind no one really equals Ted or Steve

I am. Rather regretting getting tickets for me and my two kids to the O2 now, but at the time I booked I liked nearly all the contestants and didn't think Ben stood a chance. How wrong was I?!

Thought about it but a decent ticket is quite pricey so doubt it.

Saw it twice at the Palace Theatre and expect the experience in an arena would be quite different.
I'll just keep my wonderful memories of the original production.

A dvd release wouldn't surprise me so I'll most likely wait for that.

Tickets are too expensive for me and if I was going to spend the money, JCS is not the show I'd choose. Top of my wish at the moment is Matilda.

PS Of course, if anyone wants to give away their tickets, just PM me!

I wouldn't mind seeing it because I'd like to see Mel playing Mary Magdalene. I saw the original on stage in London in the 1970s.

Lucky you!

I think Mel C will make a very good Mary Magdalene. I rather like her version of I Don't Know How To Love Him, but it's always been one of my favourite songs, so that does help!

Sadly, these things are way out of my price range. But if I had the money, perhaps I would go

Hello you. I'm going. I asked our mutual friend but she couldn't make it. But 3 of us are going. I'm looking forward to seeing a show I've seen in a theatre at the O2. It'll be different.

Does anyone have tickets yet, as in physically have tickets through their door?

I ordered mine ages ago, long before the TV series and still haven't had anything through, which is fine, as long as other people also haven't. I bought them online from the official site (I think) which uses the Ticket Factory.

Ticket Factory often don't mail out tickets until a few days before the concert.
