we all know things get photoshopped for mags but I am not sure I have ever known them to cut and paste randoms together and make up an affair story. If they could get away with it I'm sure they would, but they can't so they don't. Otherwise we'd have had pics of Jen & Brad put together and stories of Angies heartbreak that he has rekindled old love etc, the tabloids would have field day
also if the mags do this they would have made up some pics of Rob & Kristen in clinches ages ago, the love affair we were apparently longing to see play out

If it's been sold on the back of those two and their fake/real relationship, then this new strategy is a bit crap to say the least.

Do people really think Kristen would've agreed to do this as part of promotion for a movie she doesn't even like? I know zelebs like Jordan etc would have no problem with being seen as a homewrecker but a Hollywood actress? It just doesn't make sense, unless she does the Angelina thing and starts painting herself as a modern day saint.

And the point you miss is its not just reading, it is seeing.

And get one thing clear, anyone publishing faked images like that are not just opening up a lawsuit from both parties, but from the makers of twilight and any other film shes currently involved in for loss of earnings due to the actors tarnished image, and in the case of twilight, not just the film, but the inevitable boxsets, annuals and a thousand other merchandise lines.

US weekly would cease to exist under punitive damages that could easily reach $1 Billion.

I think with new media forms, twitter etc people do take things with pinch of salt but when on the front page of one of Americas best selling mags, with accompanying pics, well seems slightly different to a hoax internet death JMO

I will say yet again. I am sure we will find out when they make a statement. You lot are quick to gang up on someone with a different opinion than yourselves. I am fully aware of what the consequences of making a fake story are. I am also fully aware that it does look like she had an affair. HOWEVER, until a statement is released admitting or denying the claims I will not jump to the conclusion that it's true.
