Could Ashleigh ever become a lady?

I seriously doubt it - she is beyond common.

God no and hell would freeze over with demons skating on the surface before that would happen.

I think shes already been socialized into thinking her behavior is the complete norm- aka. her shock at anyone who acts in a different manner to her- aka, Luke S tonight, Deana normally.

I find her quite common, and I think she would be totally unwilling to try and learn.

I think my first ever comment on Ashleigh was that she must have failed the audition for 'Ladette To Lady'.

She wouldn't want to, in her household she being common and crude is considered funny and clever. I wish Jamie had asked Daddy how he felt watching his daughter's crude behaviour in bed with her fake boyfriend.

Personality is conditioned. She has obviously been surrounded by poor role models.

She is representative of a great many young women today

Sad perhaps ... but don't underestimate her demographic

You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Also, she doesn't have the brain to retain what she would have to learn.

Personallyme, I prefer Ashleigh's brash, salt of the earth behaviour to Luke S's uptight. suburban, borgeois approach to life

She's made it to 19 & managed to accumulate as much knowledge & grace as a piece of used toilet paper.

She can't finish every other sentence because she either runs out of vocabulary or the toy monkey in her head starts playing the cymbals again.

There's more chance of Conor being knighted for winning the Nobel Peace Prize.

They did have the father and mother (or culprits) on the programme a few weeks back and the father (nice role model) said that they had just spilt crumbs in the bed and they were wiping them up. The father was laughing at this.
Nice. Not.

Me too. Luke S is so concerned about his image, he might as well have gone in there as a cardboard cutout.

What you see is what you get with Ashleigh. No hidden agenda at all. Insecure with other women, sure, but she's honest with it.

The Pope would convert to Islam....
Bill Gates would become a pauper...
Somalia would become a lovely holiday destination....
China would stop human rights abuses and start respecting copyright laws....
Before that happened!

That's not technically correct. What she said was that she'd use her finger to lick off what was on her plate. These little details would matter to her on a cultural slant.

I prefer neither as they are both as fake as their tans and their 'fauxmance'.

Your knowledge of used toilet paper is a bit disturbing.
