I was just about to say, Tanya was the only one in the house when Joey went to see Lauren. Max is none the wiser!

Max didn't see when he came round earlier, nobody did apart from Lauren, he left just as Max entered the kichten.

In tears at enders tonight, its been the sadest one by miles this week! When he went round to max's the second time and wanted to see lauren and then he started talking about lauren being like I'd never want to hurt her, he looked so upset when max said he wasn't welcome. And then when they were in R&R and joey went to lucy and started talking to her, then just before they were going back to her house lauren and joey had this eye contact and it was so sad! Then when he stopped kissing lucy and addmitted he was in love with someone else, and he went to go to laurens but stopped when he heard them laughing, and he was nearly in tears! Omg! It was so sad, I was crying, feel soo sorry for joey he has no one and is in LOVE with lauren, but can't tell her because he thinks its for the best! I can't deal with them being appart anymore! Its killing me inside!

He tells her he is leaving on the 20th, and max finds the truth out on the 21st

Just watched tonight episode and although it's very sad but I loved it!! I like Joey's last scene punching the reindeer as a way to express his emotions and frustrations!! Feel for him so much! In the first part of the episode Lauren seemed more hopeful especially after hearing the conversation between Joey and her dad. I think when she told him that in the club, he wasn't happy as he still wants to hide his true feelings to her and I'm pretty sure it's because of that he made a move on Lucy! The look they gave each other just before he left with Lucy: I was feeling so sad for them!!! Their mutual love is so intense! I noticed when she took her phone to call him to ask him to come for the court document, she took a deep breath: she was nervous even though it was supposed to be an "innocent" call!!
Can't wait to see more between them!!

Great episode tonight, can we just talk about Lauren's smile as she's eavesdropping on max and joey? So freakin cute! And then she was heartbroken when she watched him with Lucy can we have that renewed happy face back on Monday/Tuesday even if its only for a moment.

I didn't get the obsession and focus on the reindeer, was that just to emphasise that this "Christmas to end all Christmases" is going to go horrendously wrong?

Also, when joey made the comment about spending Christmas with somebody he likes I seriously felt like that could have been foreshadowing to some fleeting moment for them on Christmas - this will only happen in the FF world but it could've been worked into the show itself.

Love the Tanya and Lauren at war pictures. Jo and Jacqueline work so well together so I can't wait to see these scenes play out, and especially Lauren's reaction to Tanya telling her that Joey still loves her. Last night's episode was heartbreaking, but I really do believe there's a light at the end of the tunnel for these two!

Them pictures look so good, watching last night Enders for a second time! Last night was so sad but good! When he stares at her before he goes off with lucy, when Lauren does that little smile when they are talking about her. Then he goes I will spend christmas with someone I won't to spend it with and looks at Lauren. Then at the end he is basically in tears and goes to knock but doesn't at just brakes the reindeer noes to get his anger out, you can just tell how much he loves her so much and she loves him back loads its so sad just want them to be together its hurtling the, both so bad!

He was just watching Lauren the entire time he was talking to Lucy. Did anyone else notice that before he moved away from the bar he just kept his eyes locked on her and then made his way over to Lucy? I have to keep re-watching the episode too!

Me neither. I didn't even like the look of it. And I thought Max was having money problems - he really can't afford to have all those lights outside his house! But yes, the reindeer was just one giant prop for the whole episode really wasn't he? They had to get a new one which Lauren had to wait in to collect and who happened to be walking by at the time it was delivered? And then it served as a way for Joey to express his emotions when he punched the poor reindeer's nose off. I think all of the lights going out was quite symbolic of how, although the Branning's are going to have a good christmas to start with, it won't last for long.

The reindeer, for me, was the highlight of the episode, but it didn't deserve to have it's nose punched off by Joey, even though it was funny! The best scene was when Joey said to Alice that he'd be spending Christmas with someone he wanted to spend Christmas with, meaning Lauren, even though they won't be . I'm 100% sure that's why Joey went over to try and patch things up with Max, so that he could be there at Christmas, just to be around Lauren
