I like the subtle build up, as it was fairly obvious from the get go that there was something there.
However Id said it before and I say it again; I dislike Joey and where its going so I wont be watching it...

so apprently lauren is that screwed up in her mind she is now a schizophrenic, joey is just her other sided personality and she made him up and everything she and the viewers are seeing is in the mind and when it comes down to the crash only she will be pulled out 'and here's the shocking part' she will actually be a blown up dolly with ketchup on her face.

I really liked their scenes in tuesdays episode. Can't wait to see more of them.

I think thats one of the reaosns why Joey/Lauren scenes makes us aware of them and how they are.......

i know they are cousins, but i love the idea of them together and i am excited to see their storyline

Alot of ppl do seem to like the idea of them.......... the idea of them appealed when we saw their first scenes and so on

And they get on well

Watching thurdays episode, Joey and Lauren just have this flow about - whilst when he talks to Derek, Lucy or even Alice - he seems like its hard work to do so, he certainly doesnt like Lucy esp as the way Lucy does.

There was this softness to Joey and Lauren's scene at the end, where she said 'dont muck her about', and Joey says 'i wont, am not like that' and the way Lauren looked at him and said 'ok' - softness came across between them i found

The subtle signs were there, and also how many times she said he is my cousins, whenever Lucy and Whitney were drooling and saying how hot etc

Hi I'm new to the forums. I've just been reading All About Soap, and hear this storyline is kicking off in a couple of weeks. I for one am beyond excited for this storyline. I know it'll be like Shannis, but I miss storylines like that. I know it's odd because it's incest, but for drama purposes it is excellent. x

I agree with the Ben and Lola thing, it wasn't a 'relationship' or even a 'fling' it was just an experiment. It wasn't anything to do with feelings or chemistry.

Is it actually? Oh blimey! And yeah definitely (I think that was the same with shannis - they hadn't grown up as brother + sister) Also am I the only one who saw a kind of attraction between the pair in the very first scene? It looked as though Joey was attracted to her definitely anyway. x

Sharon and Dennis werent really related by blood, coz Sharon was adopted by Den and Angie...... but to Sharon and to Den, they had the father and daughter relationship.... so yeah its Den's kids getting together lol

I also saw some kind of subtle-ness to Joey/Lauren from the first scene, i said in it in my opening post of this thread

Seems like Joey for the first time is actually going to fall in love, same i think goes with Lauren....
