No they're not. Coverage is awful (used to be one2one) and their website is just the worst and never worked for me. I always found the call quality to be quite low and was lucky whenever i got a full signal!
I am on o2 now which is a lot better especially now i get 300 free texts a month and i can use MSN Messenger Mobile on it which is great. |

T-Mobile has better customer service than O2 and has much better organised service than O2 as well but I have had some bad experiences with cs not being bothered to help but other than that its good although the call charges are 40p/min for 0800 numbers and calls are 30p/min until you sepnd £10 which i find quite bad and they dont offer any good bundles like virgin do, if they did i would move to T-Mobile as there's a new phone on that network i want, the LG C2200

i find it depends on the area you are in cos i have had t-moile which i found was shitmy partner has also had them and we said we would never have them again we r now on o2 and also on orange and we have had no problems but realy you r going to get problems on any of the networks it's a case of get one on one network go home and try if it dosen't work then take it back and try another network or go into the shop and ask them what they think but one shop we wouldn't recamend is the link shop in all areas as we have had endless problems

You can't get GPRS on t-mobile pay as you go unlike O2 where it used to be free for a little while.

T-Mobile does have GPRS on Payg but the problem is its expensive and works out at £20+ per Mbyte compared to £2.35 on o2.
o2 Online Payg is much better, I recently moved my girlfriend from T-Mobile to o2 Online Payg. She now gets the usual 300 free text messages, 1MB free GPRS (she used to spend an absolute bomb on GPRS) and coverage pretty much wherever she goes - on T-Mobile she used to struggle to get coverage even in many urban area's. All in all its saving her arfound £30 per month and she no longer has to worry about coverage. o2 actually have the best network coverage of all 5 networks. |

I currently have Virgin/Voda/T-Mob phones, virgin are by far the best, but have the worst coverage. Cant say theres much difference between Voda and T Mob, except voda are more expensive.
