IMO Sharon is not her long lost daughter and this is some kind of plot device for Tanya's exit.

I seem to rememeber everyone thinking Mandy was Lola's mother and when time went on and she wasn't there never was really a responce it seemed like people seemed abit silly for making a big deal out of something that wasn't true and decided to forget about it.

Will the same happen? Will we all forget about this DS Sharon/Cora invasion like it never happned (like a bad aftermath to a storyline) or will it be explosive and somethong people will never get over?

I think I'm looking more foward to DS fourm memeber's reaction then the actual SL!

I think everyone who supported the idiot theory will vehemently deny any association with it, be outraged when accused of being behind it, and call anyone who supplies a quote to prove their involvement a stalker.

They will then create numerous threads announcing that Pauline is not really dead because Joe never hit her over the head with a frying pan, he was mistaken, it was only a milk pan, and she's currently relaxing with Betty in Leigh-on-Sea waiting to return when we will discover that she once had an affair on a Fowler family holiday to Pakistan and Zainab is her secret daughter.

People here do tend to rewrite scripts - to the extent that magazines ,tabloids, and therefore DS reporters think it must be true and report it as such and end up looking huge idiots.
It's never mentioned again once the truth is revealed.
