I don't know about anyone else but i thought Underworld musical pieces for the ceremony were stunning. Some up on youtube now and you can also buy the soundtrack to the ceremony now.

Yes both pieces of music were brilliant, very emotive and complimented the visuals perfectly.

I didn't know it was Underworld at the time but guessed that it might be and was pleased to find out they were musical directors for the entire ceremony.

Boyle did a great job but without Underworlds music it wouldn't have been half as effective.

The album is doing very well on iTunes apparently.

Underwolrd tunes were awesome, they also did a fair no of tunes, that the athletes walked out to, it's such a pain, that to buy the olymnpic downloand, you have to buy the whole album and that nearly all the underworld tracks are available but the first one, And I will Kiss is album only
