Vodafone "My Account" Epic Fail

Why do Vodafone have the "My Account" service on their website. It hasn't worked for weeks.....and before you ask there are no security risks on my account and my payments are fully up to date.....what a joke.

Its working fine for me and I work at vodafone and have no complaints over the weekend....

The my account section always worked sporadically at best when I was with them.

Half the time, the different modules on the main account page failed rendering it fairly useless.

mine is working fine, try twitter support they usually pretty good to sort things out.

I always have issues with accessing it at work using IE8. Works fine at home using Chrome. This might be a bandwdth rather than browser issue mind as the work network is dire

I bought a vodafone pay as you go sim today and cant register at all. It goes through taking my number, the security code they text me, filling in my info then i get "we cant register you at this time"

Most my accounts from all companies are unreliable and go down for maintenance a lot. Nothing unusual there. Try resetting password/clearing cookies.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some problems logging in to My Account.

If it doesn't work correctly, sometimes accessing it in a different browser can help.
