Why? What problems are you having? Anything I might be able to help with?

Best regards,

Why comment when you obviously have no idea what you are talking about? Talk talk and plusnet let me down big time, both ended up with no order placed placed after tons of emails and phone calls.

I've had problem after problem with many ISP's until Plusnet. Since joining Plusnet the only problem I ever reported to them was random slow speeds, which turned out to be a problem with my laptop.

Plusnet are perfect and I wouldn't even think about changing providers.

God, nor me. I am absolutely thrilled with PlusNet.
I've been through about 5 ISP's now but PlusNet ranks as the best by a country mile. I cant imagine changing again unless anything drastic happens.

There have been no real hiccups just a slight adjustment to my router because BT were installing fibreoptic BB ( over the moon with that as living in the sticks meant I never got decent speeds and watching things like YouTube was a distant dream, now I'm catching up with years of stuff on there) but their aftercare is brilliant, prompt, helpful and everything explained simply. I'm able to keep an eye on my usage, account, special offers etc at any time.
They're great value and, joy of joys, I get a reduced bill every month just for recommending it to a friend.

I sound like an advert for PlusNet, but I have no interest in the company apart from singing their praises.

I would recommend them to anyone.

Plusnet has turned out to be a sound performer on the ISP market. I am very happy with them.
It's just a bit difficult when BT phone you with some of their offers. Fortunately I always manage to wriggle out of them. I'm still a bit nervous since my experience there in year 2000 when I was shoved onto the high usage number.
