After reading that interview, he seems to be not be giving away much with regards to Luc, and hes said that Luc's character doesn't like staying in a place too long. I was abit worried about that because it seems to say that Luc, if/when he comes back, at some point in time, he's going to go off again in the future. JM hasn't said that he is quitting Holby just yet. They usually tell you a good 3-4 months before don't they ? So I am hoping that Luc is still here for the Xmas period at least, so we can see him and Eddi have a good xmas storyline this time round

I just hope Luc and Eddi get some fantastic storylines together and have their happy ending. It also seems that Sacha and Chrissie are not meant to be ( sorry for digression here) and there is some ominous story on the horizon.

What did you gals decipher between the lines of the producer ? I mean, we have to wait until 2013 to find out more about Hanssenw which seems a long way off imho.

Are you able to post a link to the pic on instagram hatz? Yes, that interview does sound promising, very promising indeed. I can't wait to see how look comes back...like they said, will prob be an awkward time for Eddi. Sounds like Max character will be in it for a bit at any rate.

With regards to Eddi and Luc, I think he seems very on side, and seems to like them just as much as we do. They're very keen to keep SJP which is good & with his comments about Luc were exactly what I expected.

I think they want to keep him but because its not in the nature of the character they've written he will keep popping in and out of episodes. This also gives JM chances to work on other shows whilst getting to stay on Holby, a show which he said he was very happy to stay on.

I said a while back Leddi remind me of Kyla and Abra, and I think in the sense of his dissapearing acts Luc is the next Abra, but I loved abra, so all is well

I think we can gather 'Leddi' is far from over and this Max isn't much of a threat, a simple reminder that shes still young free & single

He menioned in this interview they've started with chirstmas filming, so i think its safe to assume Leddi will be in it! So hoping for a sweet chirstmas in his caravan...and, wel,l as for new year hopefully she'll be in his caravan rather than on it.

Yes I also got the feeling that this wasn't to be happy ever after for Chrissie/Sacha. Which I dont like to be honest. I think any storyline involing them breaking up is just going to be unbelievable. The only one I see them attemping is chrissie falling for someone else.....Again :yawn:

As for hansen, well, his mystery doesnt bug me, I just like it. Where as Lucs mysteries now bugs me because they've interacted him emtionally with another character, so not knowing anything about him has become fustrating.

Like how in this interview it says we'll be finding out where he is from and more about him!

Ironically, the part of the interview that filled me with least confidence was the section about Luc and Eddi but maybe that's my over-analytic nature!

Other than that, I found the interview with Justin Young encouraging for the show in general. He seems to have a strong sense of how he wants the show and the characters to be and I think that's a good thing.

Still not sure what's going to happen with regards to Max, but (and confirmed by Hatz) it's seems as if him and Luc will interact together. Just have to wait and see I guess! Although, I'm never encouraged when a character is described as "sexy" but "dangerous" definitely sounds more intriguing.

The line about Luc, "In terms of whether or not he's going to be back for good, I don't think that's Luc's style - he doesn't stay anywhere for long." Well, that worries me. I guess I'd better prepare myself for him coming back but then deciding to leave again! Although, again, we'll have to wait and see. It's great that it seems we will get some of Luc's back story AND Justin says that really wants to see what happens between Luc and Eddi.

I guess I'm hoping for a good resolution for the two of them...that's definitely one thing I didn't like about Greg/Sahira (one thing of many ) was that it felt like it was all this build up and then nothing really came of it.

Apart from that, Hatz, really enjoying your fanfic - can you write for the show?!

Well Max is definitely going to cause some waves. I like the dynamic he's bringing, not sure I like him though! I don't like characters who are two-faced. Loved his little one-liners though!

Max will surely throw a spanner in the works of the Leddie relationship! Still can't wait to see how Luc comes back. Wonder if he'll catch Eddie and Max acting all cosy with each other and his jealous side comes through, kind of like it did when the young patient's brother asked Eddie on a date in front of Luc and he got all defensive. Can’t remember what ep that was.

Yes he was a liar and just seems the sort whos after a bit of hanky panky rather then anything else. He totally dug Eddi inot a hole with Sacha and then told her he backed her up! Especially when Eddi did ask Max to hva eone last look at that dude she discharged..

I like his humour..but my lord I think thats because they've written his humour to be exactly like Luc!

I think Eddi is going to get into a relationship [well probably just fun for him but becasue eddi is vulnerbale she thinks its more] with him but he is clearly a wreckless loose cannon who I think is going to lead her astray...which I think will scare/worry Sacha prompting him to tell Luc to get his arse in gear and help her!!

I think you've hit the nail on the head there. Bound to be a storyline that reaches breaking point & she'll have to decide who to put her trust in, professionally of course, [With the most un-subtle 'hidden' message about thier personal situation ]

Have to say though I think its a character that Holby needs...a two faced evil guy with a sense of humour, [I mean that just screams fabulous!] Havent seen a character like him in a while, I just dont like the storyline he's been brought into

I agree, never like a back stabber, can't believe he did that to Eddi! I really felt for her. He certainly is smooth & we don't have time in this episode to wait as long as we did for Luc to 'bag' Eddi as we need Luc back before the end of the series! The interview looks promising for more info on Luc coming up & good Christmas special, exciting!

I like the idea Hatz that Sacha saves the day & calls on Luc to help Eddi out of a slippery slope under the influence of Max, it's all very intriguing! Will he get her back on the booze? I hope not.

It was the picture from instagram that made me think it might be, as you said, a professional situation where Eddi has to decide whom to place her trust in. And yes, I also thought it have the unsubtle undertones of personal trust etc. as well.

Hopefully that means it's really not long until Luc's return!

I have to say it was a bit of surprise to see Max's true colours shown so early. I thought he might be a smooth operator for a while and then we'd see he was a bit of a wrong'un...but no, right from the beginning we've seen that he's manipulative and out for himself.

Again, agree with you Hatz, I like the dynamic of the character, not sure that I like that he's in this storyline...we'll just have to see what happens!
