OMG..yes that last scene with Eddie....i thought..wow!..what stunning acting..she conveyed the hurt etc so well....and i wanted Luc to turn up and just hold her! The banter scene ( Barbie doll) yes, again i too thought...perfection...a connection again..that natural connection..the banter!! ahh!! a stunning episode..love Serena, Malick and Ric too and Henrik is always superb, as for F1 and co...hmmm...not such a class act right, off to bed, to dream about Leddie..lol

OH...and when JM lovely face appeared in the opening credits I had a ridiculous smile on my face

Right, I actually started watching at 8, and have only finished now. I was constantly rewinding to re-watch scenes and all that stuff.

First of all, Luc's van being clamped, freaking hilarious. I really thought there was a bit of old Luc shining through this episode, but obviously not enough for Hatz.

I love the whole damn thing, there wasn't a single part I didn't like.

My heart broke for Eddi when Max left, but she had some fantastic banter scenes with Luc. It looks to me like Eddi totally knew he was going to run, and she knew (deep down) that he took the Comoxidan, but she was just trying to convince herself of otherwise.

There was that theme of control again (also the reoccurring theme of doughnuts throughout Keller this episode, which I rather enjoyed).

Joseph's facial expressions were fantastic this episode, especially in the lab, and again in the office. They really had me cracking up, especially when Sacha talked about feelings.

In regards to Eddi 'suddenly' becoming an addict, from popping a few pills. We have to remember that she started taking them last week, and so by the point we see her as actually addicted, at least 1 or 2 weeks has gone by. Plenty of time to become dependent on them.

Haha would got that far!! Still did find him quite irritating...but he's still hot.

Tad bit annoyed Luc didn't come in as she was about to take the drugs, whack them out of her hand, she breaks down and falls back into his arms... I feel even with this they could have gone down the addiction route... anywho, If a man risked him entire career for me just to look after me, I'd marry him there and then! You dont just let people like him slip through you're fingers...and let me tell ya, if she doesn't want him, I have directions to holby and a fll fuel tank in the Hatz-mobile!

Also, I might be on my own here, but I think she didn't actually intend to go with him. Deep down she knew Luc was right, and when Eddi asked for Maxs key I think it was clear she just wanted to look in his locker...after all she never picked up his bag to leave, she searched it straight away.

I did not at all in any way understand why he said this? Was he implying there was love/care in his eyes which is why he would stay? Baffled me...
His van. Clamped. Mentioned in a previous post I paused my tv to laugh... am guessing it was symbolic of his commitment to he hospital? Although have to say, clamping his van. Genius. Why didn't Eddi think of this 3 months ago?

Barbie bit...well I have mentioned my love of this scene. Lucs we grin... but yes editing was a bit odd...a pencil seemed to magically appear in Eddis hand!!

Once again I paused to allow a 10 minute laughing fit. His face was priceless...it was like he was on another planet and had never heard about talking....was a bit annoyed Sacha didnt just say, "Luc , you like her. you made a mistake, go win her back"

Luc: "This is for Eddi"

You're not the only one, I had a huge smile on my face too. It was hard to get rid off. Thank God I was watching this on my own. My family would thougt I'd have lost the plot. Maybe I have! Haha.

Finally watched it and loved loved loved it. Great Leddi scenes and yes the banter is back!

And you could see Eddi secretly missed Luc, his ways etc. You could see it in her eyes and the way they easily snapped back into their working relationship. Then at the end, when she asked for the keys, Max kisses her and the look on her face then when she says a timid yes to going, you can tell it is reluctant or so wasn't really going to go in the first place! And also when Max mention's Luc etc and how he is trying to destroy his and Eddi's relationship, you could tell she wasn't really believing a word he said. Her heart belongs to Luc and deep down she knows it, just doesn't want to admit it.

Loved the facial expressions by Luc, always manages to crack me up. He always looks so clueless but not in a dunb or uncaring way, more misunderstood, hope you get what I mean and if someone does I'd be happy if you could explain it better for me! It's late and my brain isn't quite functioning.

There is much more I could go into but I'm tired and I should go before I start rambling incoherently.

But to put it simply, loved every moment of it, will no doubt re-watch countless of times and analyse each Leddi and Sacuc (Sacha/Luc...well, they are a great pairing and have fantastic moments, it would have been wrong not to lol) moments.

Early start for work so off to the land of nod. Hopefully I'll encounter Leddi there!

I know exactly what you mean Bex. I think those final scenes with Wolfie summed it up, she knew deep down, he had stolen the Camoxidan but was in land when she asked for the key, she went sherlock holmes mode (thank God she woke up and smelled the coffee then) and checked the bag first.

When she walked past Luc, you could tell Luc wanted to say some comforting words to her. He was really feeling empathy for her. Aww, man, I wanted to give Eddi a hug. She has been let down twice now. I am sure she is off men for a good long while now.

Observation of the day: sjp has 3 chinese symbols tattooed on her right arm. I have the exact same on my left. Intrigued....

Thanks, I always try to make everything I write interesting/fun to read (except essays. Teachers are undeserving of my humour).

Tumblr is indeed a blogging site. You just create an account, and post away whatever you desire; photos, music, videos, text posts, etc etc. You add tags to posts so that people can find them. People can follow you, and you can follow other people. You have a 'dashboard' where you see all the latest posts by people you follow, and also anything you have posted. You can search tags, such as Holby City, and all the latest posts tagged Holby City will come up, and you'll have found the fandom! I only found the site a year or two back and it's now one of my favourite places.

Luc definitely wanted to say something to her, but I don't think he really knew what to say. We all know Luc isn't very good with words, and he probably wanted to comfort her seeing her so distressed. Of course if she had stopped to listen to him he probably would have said something like: "It's for the better."

Personally I would find that hilarious, but I don't think Eddi would feel the same.

Yeah, you see his mouth begin to move, but instead he watches her walk past with love and sadness shining in his eyes Reminds me of the caravan scene where she walks in to help tidy it up after her brother trashed the place and nothing is said. When you can communicate without a single word, that is love!

I do not know how I will last 2 weeks! It better be a good one! Though next week's does sound interesting, however in a way I am looking forward to next week as in we get to see the clip for the following on BBC site so that will be good.

Thanks for the info Kashei, I am not a blogger tbh, I just like reading the blogs and seeing the screencaps they have for Holby and Leddi. They are really superb. I have also noticed there are alot of leddi youtube videos flying around. They are certainly very popular.

I also get the feeling that Eddi would not have heeded Luc's advice or his comforting words. From his interview, you get insight that Eddi thinks she doesn't acknowledge that she has an addiction problem or doesn't want to be saved. That is when he takes drastic action rather than words.
Jeez, I can't wait till 9th October.

@Bex, I have a feeling 9th October clip will be based on Sacha an Chrissie story as that is the main storyline. Also, the caravan scene, I reckon is going to be in the 1st episode of series 15.

Agreed. Prepare to be disappointed Bex. Unless of course they realize that Sacha/Chrissie isn't all that popular, by that I mean Chrissie, and they give us Luc/Eddi instead. Then again, we've had quite a lot of Eddi/Luc/Max in clips, so they probably won't... Watch it be Tara and Ollie.

That's true, but still, never know, then again they do give very short clips, so maybe not. Well hopefully work and socialising will make time fly! Yeah, Think the caravan bit will be in 1st next series. That would explain the drugs Luc was holding in that pic with him sitting in a muddy field! Ah, it's all slotting into place. Luc kidnaps her at end of this series, next series begins with them in field as it is Luc's way of trying to get Eddi off of the drug and when it all becomes too much for her, she lashes out and shoves Luc to the ground in a fit of rage.....then they have a mud fight! Hope this becomes true (well, the mud fight less likely), it sounds rather exciting!

Yes, something to that effect, during Sacha's wedding, I think Eddi is having an episode and she's out of control, so probably not to ruin Sacha's and Chrissie's big day, he pulls her out before any more debacles and kidnaps her, and we know how fiesty Eddi is, so she is probabllyy putting up a fight. He did say in the interview that, it was like a dog going mental and that was Eddi, so he would need to control her. which probably means he had to man handle her but in a funny way.

EDIT: I got a feeling that Luc could be best man maybe.

I think Luc could be best man too. They do seem to click, plus it would be his responsiblity to make sure the wedding running smoothly

Lucs back in the titles and his vans back love the fact it's clamps so he has no choice but to stay

Since he has been back his shirt is always tucked in its really annoying I know it's to symbolise him being more organised and smart and grown up etc but it really irritates me for some reason

I loved the whole lab scene, luc doesn't see that's he's done anything wrong and his facial expressions throughout are brilliant

I don't think he will be there for the whole duration if Eddi is going crazy. I hope its a funny scene and we get alot of leddi scenes.

I took that to mean that Eddi doesn't want his help, but he forces himself on her anyway, as in his presence. You may not want my help, but I'm going to help you anyway sort of thing.
