Why is Ian homeless?
Sorry I have not been following EE for a very long time, why is Ian Beale homeless?

And whilst im here, who is Ava that everyone is talking about?

Ian had a mental breakdown after finding out Ben killed Heather and Mandy dumped him on the day of their wedding. He left home and hasn't been seen since.

Ava is the daughter that Cora had before she had Tanya and Rainie. Tanya, who was previously unaware of her existence, recently found her birth certificate. Some people are obsessed with the notion that Ava is Sharon. But she isn't.
