It seems the other thread has gone, not surprising with all the unappreciative posts.
This is a thread for anyone who wants to discuss Conor in a safe zone. The first one I have ever started and I have done so out of a sense of fairness.
Conor fans or nuetral fans only.

The other one was annoying me anyway because his name was spelt wrong in the title.

Thought he had a great highlights show tonight, he came across very well. I really enjoy seeing him get on with Deana, and he was also sat next to her while they were eating their roast I noticed.

On this week's nominations:

Ah stacey, welcome.We need a new thread because the other one was full of dislikers posts.I was sure he would be up, it will be interesting tomorrow night.

Yeah and I have a feeling this one might be a little quiet because people are scared of showing their support for him as he gets a lot of negative comments on here...

I'm super happy he's not up and in with a chance of getting the free pass to the finale or the money! Would love to see the forum reaction aswell

I dont mind Conor.

I genuinely thought his rant was taken well out of context, and there is absolutely no way he would ever want to rape or hurt Deana, and those claiming he does have absolutely no grounds to base this on, and are over-exaggerating to the max in order to make him some sort of massive villian

The rant was disgusting, but at the end of the day, BB is a social experiment to test peoples reactions towards people they may not favour. They are all trapped together, no escape, no breaks, Conor snapped and said something awful in the heat of the moment. Was it vile? Yes. Is he a murderer? No!

He dislikes Deana, its not a crime. Shes not his biggest fan either!

Hes in my top 6, I think hes funny, he seems to get on with most people in the house, and he seems to genuinely care about the people he is friends with.

No one in the house seems to be too annoyed by him so I do think there has been an overblown reaction to Conor. He has done some nice things, like trying to save food for the others and don't like to believe that it was all because he heard boos or whatever. Given his rant you could say he is hardly aware of the camera at all. I think its funny the way he is cheeky and rubs the outsiders up the wrong way - I would too, they are well annoying!

Come in all Conor fans and those who disagree with the hysteria.There were threads removed today that were a disgrace. Some don't know proper boundaries of behavior and yet criticize Conor.

Lets hope he does well in the white-room. I think he is a lot funnier than we see..He was in hysterics during the whole nom thing.How brilliant was that tonight. Poor Luke A was done up like a kipper.Yea Stacey I was an Aaron fan, but I did keep some sense of proportion.

Yeah I saw a few threads get removed a few days ago that kept getting re-made. Some of them are crazy and it's like some people are just looking for a reason to dislike him and make constant negative comments. :|

I hope he wins this white room thing Would be fantastic and yeah I think he's hilarious, definitely brings a fun mood to the house. Oh and great choice with Aaron last year and Conor this year then. <3

Tbf he apologized twice. Once after his rant in the diary room when he realised he was wrong to say what he did, then again in the confessions room. Not directly to Deana but I don't think that would be appropriate anyway seeing as he never made the comments to her.

I'm posting because I want to, what other reason is there?
I really liked him before and now I'll just be grateful if he doesn't win.

I can honestly say I started off as a 'neutral' - I am still mainly neutral (I don't have a favourite HM) but I have been so annoyed at the anti-Conor hysteria which is continually built up and stoked by the same FMs.
Some posts have been anti-Irish and anti-Derry. Even worse IMO are all the recent threads criticising his family and girlfriend. Way below the belt. I even had to respond to a FM who felt it was 'informative' to give a selective synopsis of the make-up of foreign nationals in Conor's home town and also describe how the local council was fighting racism amongst young people - with links provided. On a BB forum!

Of course I was disappointed in Conor when he said that rant about Deanna BUT the over-reaction has amazed me.
It's this that has made me sympathise with him and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

He has apologized twice no point in apologizing to Deana as she never heard it.He has also said he is ashamed of his behavior.I do think you would not have let it go as the hysteria is too ramped up.


His behavior was disappointing so I understand your feelings but you have to move on from things.No human is perfect and people will often disappoint you..He has no chance of winning.This is an Ap thread so only appreciative comments belong here, I am sure you understand this.

I do appreciate that he can be funny sometimes. I thought him getting in the bath with Scott was hilarious. Scott looked so awkward.

I will be honest his behavior was disappointing and he let himself down but especially his family who are suffering abuse and unfair attacks at the moment.
Imo if they were going to show the rant, they should have ejected him as it has caused so much trouble for his family.

The proper way would have been to not show it but give him a final warning, if he said anything else, out the door.. This would have protected his family and g/f who seems lovely from libel and abuse.
But C5 wanted the controversy and ratings.They are loving all the ranting and obsessive behavior that's going on, it means ratings and money spent on votes.
he was very entertaining in the week he was up against Shiv and if he had not acted so stupidly he could have won the show.
His dislike for Deana is not racial, its more to do with guilt over what he said and the fact that she does not like him and never has..Remember what she said to Lydia, that she was glad she nommed him but not them.She did not even know him and did not give him a chance either.I am certain Lydia said this back to him.However he should have made the effort to be civil and get on with her as Luke S does.

I started the thread because I can see he is not a bad person, just someone who acted stupidly when angry and let himself down.Also I feel badly for his poor family, who are not on Tv and should be left alone.

Yes, in a way, I think he might be wise to do that - especially if he gets the cash and can walk out without having to face an eviction crowd. This would really anger the loonies on here and that would make me happy!
And, I also agree that C5 must be loving all the furore.

Who are we all voting for this week? I'm considering voting for Ashleigh because she gets such a hard time on here, I like her and she doesn't deserve 1/10th of it, but don't know if it would just be wasted votes?

I won't be voting this week (I'm saving the rest of my votes for Conor in the finale) but I'm hoping Ashleigh stays and Rebecca goes. Although I'm sure they'll both be gone as apparently there's a double elimination?
