I'm confused, despite taking a huge interest over the past few years in this project's progression. I have to say I'm amazed that BT haven't been out of the traps and running fast with this.

Firstly. I know that BT haven't announced their full YV offering. However they have put information online that might lead potential customers to disregard YV.

Can I get Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2 from BT on YouView?
BT Vision on YouView gives you access to our great range of sports On Demand programmes. Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2 from BT are only available with our standard BT Vision+ box.

So there you have it folks. The main driver of audiences of DTV is not going to be available on BT YouView.

I somehow doubt this, but why are BT so slow out of the blocks, and why are they publishing such potentially damaging stuff as this?

Looking forward to seeing BT's channel line-up. I'll be genuinely shocked if it's half as good as TalkTalk's offering especially if they've not managed any deals with Sky.

If BT are basing everything on those 38 Premier League matches next year and hope they do enough business on those alone then they're in for a bit of a bumpy ride I feel.

Sky will be coming to BT soon, it was mentioned in the Sky Presentation last week

Good to hear. YouView really appeals to me but instead of diving in now I'm waiting for BT to announce their details before I make a decision. Considering the Humax boxes are available and TalkTalk have released their details, I do hope BT get a move on and start the ball rolling soon.

BT was listed on Sky's results presentation under the heading "working with wholesale partners" alongside VM, UPC and TalkTalk but as BT sells Sky Sports 1 & 2 this was not really news.
You could listen to the webcast http://corporate.sky.com/investors/l...esults/q4_1112
