Orange PAYG statement question
Can you get itemised statements on pay as you go on orange like you can with virgin? when you pay like a one-off fee (e.g. £15)

You have to write to request them, but, yes thay can send them out.
Just send a quick note to the standard correspondence address, and they turn it around as quick as they can!!! Oh yeah - they don't charge, but they won't do it every month for you - you'll have to request them individually. They can go back 185 days tho!! Last edited by Fr3Ak : 29-11-2004 at 10:22. I think i'm gonna not bother thinking about switching to Orange and stay with Virgin as their much cheaper anyway and i get loads free airtime from Virgin. Thanks very much for your help though
