Natalie....No Apology From Me

The former Pop Princess has had enough and has walked off the show.

After being picked several times to face the bridge and then have a nice chat with Ant and Dec, some oxygen, a quick look at the elaborately set up challenge she was going to refuse to do she has decided her career has had all the boosting it needs to see her on the front cover of Hello for a few years to come and she left....

Already forums across the country are bristling with indignant posts that the GBP bullied her......when it's her lack of effort that was being punished....

And I never voted for her anyway.....

None from me ether !!

And the worst thing is she will most likely make money of her pathetic stay

maybe they should make future contestants pass a basic test before they allow them in , So that this does not happen again

She gets no sympathy from me either.........silly attention seeking nobody who will have been very well paid for her self-inflicted trauma. She should have done everyone a favour and stayed at home.

she was an emotional bully who thought she could coast through by letting other people feel sorry for her, so she couldnt do her trial, is that why she left, she hasnt done them in the past so why now, was there no oxygen left?, oh the drama of it all, ifeel faint dizzy sick then cones the faint i can imagine it all

Did she not realise when the others were mollycoddling her and telling her it was ok to fail them that it was false sincerity?
Dosy woman, she should have been made to go for her own meal and no-one elses and the others banned from sharing anything with her.
She kept saying over and over 'I cant do it, i cant do it' yet she DID do it over and over again in reference to the bridge crossing so she should have realised that was one fear she had conquered on numerous occasions and adapted that attitude to everything else.

Does anyone know if they get to keep their fee for taking part if they walk?.

They keep their fee if they dont break contract. Contract states that they must stay a minimum of 5 days in the camp before they can claim their full fee.
This was also heard being discussed by Brian the day he left.
He quite openyly said to joe, "I've done my 5 days, i dont need to stay any longer, I have kept to contract"

According to Soph and Nancy's little chat on the livefeed yesterday, the money's already in the bag. (Was discussed on one of the threads)

So Natalie did her bit for the GBP, grabbed her cash and bit of infamouy, and got herself outta there.

Good riddance to her.

She has completely ruined the show this year, she doesn't deserve to get paid at all. Good riddance.

Thanks for the info Khane & JTW, didn't know that. So you do 5 days, leave the jungle, with no financial forfeit...easy money. What about carrying on for charity, after all, that's what they're in there for.

Brian's cicumstances were slightly different & he did say in his interview that if things had been different then he thinks he would've stuck it out but Natalie has no excuses & like her trials, she's wimped out too soon.

Spot on. Natalie played the charity card during her live challenge - and dropping out now is all the more disappointing and low because of it. It makes a mockery of her speech at being pleased to raise money in that way.

As I said in another thread, I feel I deserve an apology from her because she's ruined the show for me . So no, no apology from me.

I think to apologise would be to suggest its ok to carry on in life as she has done on screen in the last week. I certainly don't want to send that message.

One way to atone for this fiasco would be to donate her fee to charity. I genuinely would feel better about her performance then.

What a great idea pony, sadly I wouldn't hold your breath on that.

I think that we have seemed to overlook one thing - she hadn't prepared herself for this. Surely she would have looked at previous programmes and seen what sort of thing she was letting herself in for.

Just to see the bridge that she would have to get over in order to do the trials, she would have known that she wouldn't be able to make it.

If she had seen the last one and the trial of Kerry and Jordan where they had to eat bugs, she would have known that she wouldn't be able to make it.

I'm afraid to say the I really didn't have any sympathy for her at all.
