Deana's attitude

Did everyone see Deana's conversation with Adam regarding Ashleigh and the shopping sabotage? She was questioning why Adam would fall out with her if she ordered only chicken and broccoli, and when Adam pointed out it would be as bad as what 'they' did, Deana said that when someone does something bad to you, you should do something bad back to them. I find this a very disturbing, resentful attitude to have, and out of place in modern civilised society. As Gandhi said, an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. Yet people believe this tripe about her being classy and dignified. She just seems argumentative and sullen to me.

If I had been eating chocolate all week and some people in the house knew about the plan I would be peed off too.

She said, when someone does something bad to you, you want to do the same back, and its true, if someones rude to you, you want to do the same back, but its just would you actually do it?

She was reacting to the way Ashleigh spoke to all three of them, re her smokes. Deana has picked nice friends who corrected her and balanced her.

It was rather revealing.
People need to focus on this and the permanent sullen expression, rather than the soldiers cringiness.

Deana clearly would have done it if it wasn't for Adam and Luke A's resistance. She calls Caroline and Ashleigh selfish for ordering loads of chocolate, but then is prepared to do the exact same thing in her favour just to get her own petty revenge, that's what I call selfishness.

I'm glad a few people can see through Deana, was beginning 2 think it was a Deana fan forum. I agree, she can be just as bad as the others with her bitchiness and slyness. She does 90% of the time look sullen, cheer up love, it'll never happen hate that soldiers crap as well, mega cringe. Yeah i thought she was meant to be dignified, why does/did she want too lower herself too Caroline's immature level. Adam was right there.

Deana is not a reasonable person, as we've seen alot recently. She's very selfish and actually her soldiers comments are quite telling, the girl loves conflict. The chicken and broccoli discussion came from nowhere, one of those what if... questions that are usually brought up to create a reaction, she got one and I am sure that she is hoping that Adam will now be viewed as not being loyal. Nasty girl

I saw it as her, quite rightly, letting off some steam. I don't think she would have done it.

I really liked Adam in that clip, he showed a great level of maturity, and managed the situation with ease.

Two wrongs don't make a right, I'm sure Deana herself has said this.

It wasn't hypothetical, she would have done it if it had met with Adam and Luke A's approval. And if it was hypothetical, it just proves she is trying to stir up arguments.

She had said the night before to Adam "hypothetically speaking..."

I find it disturbing that you don't understand her desire for revenge.

I wouldn't take seriously anything spouted by someone who adopts such a forum name as the OP's

I am glad she had that conversation with Adam - it gave him a chance to shine.

It did

Deana is a good pretender, but she hasn't fooled Adam, and she certainly hasn't fooled some of us!

Why would someone as dignified and classy want to get revenge, over a shopping list sabotaged by an immature girl who has now left..

I've noticed a bit of a trend here, if someone starts a thread with even mild criticism of Deana then immediately someone attacks the OP, I have even seen one called a troll

It is also telling that Deana is the only one who wants revenge. She moans about her body gaining weight, but what makes her body worth more than anyone else's? Adam was the most disgruntled about the sabotage, but he is able to put things in perspective and see the uselessness in going through the whole process again just to score a few points off the 'insiders'.
