Hey there Oyster and Minks. A moment of calm before we start fighting like cats in a sack...
Not me - I have already decided not to get that involved this year - especially as it is likely I shall miss the final week as I am going to Greece first two weeks in September!

Not bad thanks, I've just been run off my feet, also have a ruptured disc in my back, so hoping I will survive tonight's marathon of BB
Ouch - painful! I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my lower back but at least now know why I get so much pain when walking about. Hope you feel better soon.

He always said he would like to meet Craig, so I'm glad he has. I hope he pops up from time to time during the series.

I don't suppose they will exactly be hanging out together. He's always said that his favourite housemates from other series were Pete and Mark. I get the impression he didn't watch BB11 much.

Luke's blog on day one: http://bigbrother247.co.uk/day-3-luk...ght-and-day-2/

He has singled out Craig Phillips and Lacey Banghard as being especially nice to meet on BOTS.

Luke and Luke Marsden on the radio at 10pm tonight.

Belatedly I thought there was a hint on his Couch Potatoes interview that Adam and Deana would not really have been a team without him. He described himself as 'a go-between' and said "Adam hated doing the soldiers thing".

I remember describing Luke as the glue that held the soldiers together - looks like I was right

Yes, absolutely. I never thought Adam really rated Deana as an ideal replacement for Lauren. Though they needed her imo: she did seem to make them laugh, and they would have been really marginalized if there had only been two of them.

I don't think Luke nor Adam 100% trusted Deana. They needed her though and weren't about to be exclusionary towards her but they were guarded. Makes you wonder what antics of hers we never really got to see.

I've not found a clear favourite yet. I instantly liked Luke and he was my 100% favourite by the fourth day....but this season I have no absolute clear favourite I hang out hoping to catch a glimpse of in the daily show.

The pressure is on. I picked Aaron in the first week. Luke in the first week. And the BBAU winner in the first week. Not feeling any clear winners this year yet though.

EDIT: I just realised the Luke FB group is gone from my groups, what happened? I've not been on twitter since last season.

I do think some of it was just a mistake. Because she spent the first few weeks mostly with the insiders, they misjudged how far she had been one of them. They didn't see how much of the time she was actually being ignored, and sitting pretty well on her own.

I feel exactly the same! With BB11, 12 and 13 I had a firm favourite really early on. It is true that in BB11 and 12 that favourite rewarded me by walking out of the house, but at least I had one. I can hardly decide about anyone this time round. I don't warm to Sallie, gina or jemima, but all the others are pretty well blank slates to me; especially Sophie, who barely seems to have been shown at all.

A while ago someone from the facebook group was taking all the posts from there - some really personal stuff from members - and making fun of it on twitter. The admins tried to protect the group, since we had no way of knowing who was doing it, by removing everyone who had not posted in it for a long time. (This mostly worked out ok, as people often join lots of facebook groups and lose interest in them, so groups are full of people who never actually read anything in them). But if you want to go back, just ask. It all seems pretty quiet and harmonious now, so I don't think anyone is feeling too worried about moles.

Skulduggery in the Daily Mirror Favourite Winner poll. http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/d...rother-1952833 Three of us in the last five minutes have put in a vote for Luke and seen it registered as a vote for Josie. That can't be right.

I've tried a couple of the others out (yes, I know, I'm off to Traitor's Gate as we speak ) and it ALWAYS shows up as Josie Gibson. Given that she's only on 9% and not nearer 100%, I think we can write this off as a dodgy graphic rather than a rigged poll. I hope that helps your blood pressure come down, Cowie!

Anyway, I don't think it's appropriate to go into detail in public but I don't have any communication with Luke these days and I just wanted it on record somewhere that I hope he and Jamie are coping OK after the unpleasantness of the weekend.

Can't tell, Val. And I was away for the whole thing and have no idea what happened. I'm sorry that things obviously went pear shaped, but these groups are always fragile imo.

Luke has got a good sounding job. Head chef at a trendy new place. Had to go through rounds of interviews. The timing couldn't be better.

I noticed that he got a job in yosushi, congratulation to him .

I think you might about the glitch Val. Hopefully it's not rigged for Josie to win .
