I loved Jonty, so that makes me happy.
![]() I will watch it tomorrow. People often only remember that Jonty was nuts, but when he wasn't being nuts he was a sweet, intelligent, considerate, humble man. |

Jonty is a true British eccentric and I loved him too. I will never forget the sight of him buck naked drying his bits with the hairdryer in front of Kara Louise. Plus he had the most infectious laugh ever on BB.
It is very gratifying that a lovely man like him is a Luke supporter.

he was a late entrant into BB8. He did seem completely bonkers, talking entirely through his cuddly toys and giggling so much that he fell on the floor. After about a week he calmed down, and became perfectly normal and pleasant, and BB reacted by cutting him out of the highlights for the duration.

It was a shame he seemed nice. It was the first series I gave up on watching half way through,I just remember it being dominated by Chiggy, Charley and Carol.

Do you remember him in the shower room starkers with his legs up on a stool, he was nuts. Also remember Dermot taking him off... aaaah those were the days

I doubt Deana's recent behavior is going lose her a significant amount of support and I think Adam should be safe as he is doing well in most of the online polls. So it looks like it is going be mostly outsiders in the final.

Here's a few video clips from yesterday, the new task looks good, quite reminiscent of the prison task in BB7.

When you see them like this, and actually the past few days, you realise what a good series this could have been without the uncomfortable "lord of the flies" mentality of some.
Such a pity that there were so many unpleasant characters in there for much of this series. Loved Jonty on bbots last night, a true eccentric lol And what a good judge of character too, wanting LukeA to win

Yep. I think LukeA was really taken aback by the constant nastiness of some hms which must have dampened his ability to have fun.
I do think the glimpses of Luke laughing and larking about have been a big aspect of him that has been all but lost. When Lauren was evicted and Brian told her that it had been the bitchiest house ever, Lauren said "thank heavens for that. I thought I was going mad." Luke needs to hear the same thing so he knows it is the house, not him, that has been such an uphill struggle.

Hi All,
Just popped in for a quick wallow. . It was indeed lovely to hear Jonty saying that he wanted Luke A to win. I liked him too when he was in the house. His alter ego may come across as being as nutty as a fruit cake, but when he's being himself he appears a very sensible, educated, gentle soul.

So it looks like it is going be mostly outsiders in the final.I do not think it will affect Deana diehards, just the floater voters, whom she picked up over the weeks. They are the ones she will face the backlash from. It still is not too late for her. If she can remain calm and not antagonise people, she will be ok. I think the problem, well basically for me, is that she was relishing Luke S discomfort. I have to be honest, if that was Adam or even Luke A, I would not have liked it either, I just think losing the chance of 50 grand, was punishment enough for anybody, no need to continue to rub his nose in it. BTW, I dislike Luke S. |

I really hope so - that has been my goal all along. Although I hope Luke A wins, I won't be too disappointed if any of the three win. To reach the final three is an achievement for all of them and I truly believe, that whoever wins out of them, they will all be happy for each other.

Deana was actually just behind Luke A for me on who I wanted to win. Her behaviour this week is a real disappointment and has dropped her in my estimation. I had Adam as third favourite but he's gone up a place to second.
