I think my main issue with this split was the "cool kids" label. As someone who had a hellish time with "popular" people at school, it never sat well with me from the start. Little things that happened have stayed in my mind and its been hard to remember that these housemates are adults, not teenagers. I think it`s just a personal thing to me though, which is why I see it like this


She`s so complex, its hard to know where to begin to analyse her behaviour. I don`t know what her specific problem is with Luke, but her camp impression of him plus calling him a loser numerous times ( ) have not really sat well when trying to say it`s not to do with his past, really. That blog is really good, their views on the Becky situation were tremendously spot on.


If Luke S is not out first in the final I shall eat my hat, trousers and other pieces of clothing I think Though he seems to be a producers favourite in terms of editing at the moment, I hope it proves to be too little too late

Hi Anthony - I'm very pleased to see that you like Luke A. I admit that the moment he said he was born female on his VT I was hooked (having a F2M son myself) but that fact alone would not have maintained my support for him if he had turned out to be nasty like many of them in there.

Thankfully he is everything I look for in a housemate - unassuming, kind, thoughtful and with a well developed sense of humour.

It has been a pleasure to see the outsiders overcome the much larger insiders group and all that remains is to witness them snatching the top three places in the final. That would be the perfect ending.

I think the highest he is going come is 4th (with Sara being placed 5th). I think that at this stage of the competition most people who are going vote, will have already established their favourites.

There is always the terrible risk that Deana may go too far and make him a figure of sympathy in the eyes of viewers with short memories, though as long as he has Ashleigh giving him moral support in there I don't think he's in with any great chance. As an "accessory" she has long since outlived her usefulness ...

Highlighting just because that is the perfect definition of that quality which is known as "being boring" if one happens to be an Insider ...

I would be very happy to see the remaining Outsiders gain the entire podium (hopefully someone will have thought to provide one, under the circumstances).

I wanted you in the house too. How the majority wanted Becky astounds me - I could see right from the start that, not only was she going to be mouthy and annoying, but nasty too - she just has that look about her.

I didn't take to Becky at all and so hoped Anthony or Bhavesh would get in, but I knew the fake bubbliness would see Becky get into the house.

Still, it did give us all a t.v gold moment when LukeA gave her a few home truths in that wonderfully effective cool way haha!

It was always going to be Becky wasn`t it? It`s a shame because actually I think Big Brother were conned by Becky. She came across to most as the typical Big bubbly lass, up for a laugh (except for you Jean, perceptive person you ) and I think they genuinely wanted something to pull the house together at that time. It just became completely obvious what was going to happen from her very first night in the house unfortunately

I couldn't agree more. That scene, along with the BMI comment (I know some didn't like it but I thought it was hilarious), and his fantastic impersonation and mickey-take of Luke S saying "Men want to be me.......", were the highlights of the whole series.
