24 hours late but still....

1. Fancy making Lauren walk out with Caroline! You could tell that the crowd wanted simultaneously to cheer wildly and boo their heads off.

2. Poor Luke S - his interview sounded SO rushed, with at least 50% of it used up in showing him losing the 50 grand.

3. Deana posing after she is evicted with what appear to be wall to wall Luke A to win posters behind her. Seems to be a very Luke crowd...

4. Deana a bit hard hearted saying if Luke S cried they must have been fake tears.

5. What IS it with the housemates (Caroline and Conor to be precise) turning their backs and talking ostentatiously when the interviews are going on?

6. Luke A pacing up and down drinking water while Adam is being interviewed and accidentally inhaling some of the water so he has to stop and choke...

7. What a fantastically happy exit.
Welcome back wd, you were missed. Brilliant our boy won.
Hope you enjoyed your holiday.

I though he suffered a raw deal last night, being the first to be evicted and the leaving to the tune of 'push the button'. I bet he'll get gunged tonight as well .

6. Luke A pacing up and down drinking water while Adam is being interviewed and accidentally inhaling some of the water so he has to stop and choke...
Haha I missed that. I loved the moment when both Adam and Luke were clinging on to each other just before the result was announced.

7. What a fantastically happy exit.
Very happy , it must be refreshing for you to be supporting somebody who hasn't walked out in the first few weeks .

The hospital said about 6 weeks recovery - it could have been worse! He isn't really accident prone usually - his 3 brothers have that honour

Just a quickie..

Is there no highlights show tonight? No watching them leave one by one? No echo of voices? No turning the lights out?

I love those episodes as I like the little chats they have after someone has gone.

Would have love to have seen the conversation with Adam, Luke and Deana just after Sara left and indeed the one after Deana left.

Just can't find the hightlight show listed for tonight.
I don't think so . I would have liked to have had seen a highlights show dedicated to final. BBBOTS is on tonight and Luke said on twitter that it is only going be the final five, one of them is going get gunged and there is going be a breakdown of the voting statistics. It will be interesting to see if Luke was leading in the voting throughout the series.
BBBOTS is on at 11pm on Channel 5.

Just had a text from my daughter. Matthew has broken BOTH elbows. Ouch!
Ouch indeed! Hope he heals well. I know first hand what it's like to be unable to use both arms. Not very pleasant, let's say.

Thanks everyone. He is going to have to be fed as well as everything else. He is going to hate that as he is such an independant lad.

It will be better than usual considering that the winner of BB13 will be featuring on it . It will be interesting to see what the voting statistics were for each week. I just hope Jamie East and Levine don't put a dampener on the proceedings .

Oh bless. I suppose it wouldn't cheer him up to send him love from a lot of scary strange women on the internet?

Ha, yes. I literally feel bathed in a warm glow towards the universe. I was just thinking of all those gloating 'the tide is turning against Luke A as people see his true colours' type posts and having a little chuckle.

I feel retrospectively a bit more sorry for Aaron about last year's final. I don't think he has any interest in this year's BB, having clearly fallen out with Channel 5, but it was an AWFUL final, glum and creepy with the crowd booing their heads off and Brian Dowling not really knowing what to do. If he had seen last night's final the contrast might have been quite hurtful. Of course I am HUGELY relieved and pleased that everyone was so celebratory.

I think I saw on Aarons twitter that he said he wasnt having anything to do with Big Brother anymore.
Dont know if that was his choice down to how he was treated or C5's choice?

Hahaha I missed that too! Though I did just re-watch and just noticed the crowd were chanting 'LUKE A! LUKE! A LUKE A!' when it was down to the last 2. Can't believe I missed that last night!

That was so funny. Not for Lauren but the crowd not knowing whether to boo or cheer.

hope you didn't get caught in the storms WD. I was in Pembrokeshire last week and there were some very waterlogged campsites!

Oooh, I love Pembrokeshire. Sorry about the storms though - I have had exactly the same experience in the past.

I was in the French Mediterranean this time which was not my idea - I am not really a hot weather person - staying on the kind of posh campsite where all the women look like French film stars, all greyhound slim, gorgeously tanned, with exquisite gamine haircuts. They seemed to spend their time lounging umolested next to malarial swamps sipping expressos while I cycled insanely around looking for Roman sites and flamingos, looking more and more like a beetroot and getting the aforementioned thousand mosquito bites. (Why did the lovely French women never get bitten? Why? Do they taste nasty, she says hopefully?) I am as mentally scarred as one would expect someone to be who has seen a mother of two small children playing volleyball wearing nothing but a tiny bikini bottom and nothing wobbled.

So good to have you back where you belong - itch or no itch

It was a fantastic night and I hope you get the chance to watch it on catch up. I shall watch it again - I was so excited that I missed a lot of it because I was posting on here and on the FB Luke page.

I did all your votes - I lost count once I reached 200 but it was worth it. Luke so happy that he had won and really he couldn't believe it. A fantastic night!

Now it is back to reality. My 18 year old grandson came home after playing football tonight in total agony. He had fallen and put both hands out to save himself and now has terrific pain in both elbows and cannot straighten his arms. He is at A and E now, has had an xray and daughter and son in law are with him waiting for the results. I am praying it is nothing serious as both arms are out of action and, as my daughter, said, he is a bit old for her to start wiping his bottom HE has been offered a place at Cambridge to read Maths so we are waiting with anticipation for his A level results on Thursday. C'est la vie!
Best of luck to him Jean - it's so nerve wracking waiting for A level results. I hope he realises his dream. Maths at Cambridge is really tough.

Luckily we only had one foul day and 3 glorious ones and we had a caravan so were cosy and warm while it hammered down!

French women are not normal frankly. After 2 kids even my fingernails wobble. That said I love Antibes and once spent a fantastic night in Monte Carlo.

I missed all of last week's BB so have been catching up but was so glad to be home in time to see Luke, Adam and Deana as the final three. I'm not one for karma but in this case it felt guuuurd.

My cousin's eldest managed a nasty compound fracture of his right arm about a year back when he was 16. Humerus sticking out of his shoulder - the works. He was trying one of those fancy footie kicks where you kick the ball back over your head...?

It took a lot of time and physio but he is now as right as rain. Not brilliant timing for your grandson I know but fingers crossed he makes a speedy recovery.

On a practical note I use DragonDictate in the office - if he's going to be out of action for a while but needs to study that might help. It's a bit freaky at first. And of course no-one can resist seeing what naughty words you can get away with.

WD the BIB made me laugh my socks off.

I'm so glad to see you back especially in such joyful circumstances. I was telling my son about you in Swaziland blubbing your eyes out when you learnt that Shabby had walked (we had to laugh at your craziness).

Did you see that Jonty posted here earlier?
