Me too. There was something called OK TV after last year's BB which had both couples on (not on the same night I think) but this year they just seem to have chucked BB aside and rushed into CBB. From what I heard, OK TV was crap anyway, so perhaps it doesn't matter.

I wish actually Luke would do a question and answer session like some housemates have done online - twitter is a bit crap with so few words allowed. I have actual questions I would love to be able to put to him that have nothing to do with Becky's BMI or Luke S's chest. And he should put the blue stripy top on ebay. It is practically a legend in its own lifetime.
Noooo - he should keep it, looked so cute. Didn't he say something about only bringing enough clothes in for a couple of weeks because he didn't expect to stay very long (everybody say aaah)? Speaking of which, I felt sorry for Deana having to wear that pink dress AGAIN. Lovely but you'd think they'd have helped her get another dress, she'd worn it so many times. At least Luke got to wear something different for the final night - much smarter than the platypus suit even if him grabbing holding of Deana to congratulate her whilst wearing that suit and the little chicken foot waving in the air was one of the most memorable moments

Mikey from BB9 posted a video on Youtube from Tuesday night from the filming of BotS. Short but sweet.

That's a lovely clip - he has such an expressive face.

Jean that is absolutely fantastic - I thought my son did really well to get A's in Maths and Further Maths last year but your boy has gone one better! Warwick is a very prestigious university with a highly regarded maths department so he will do very well there.
Thankyou. He certainly doesn't get his talent from me - I was hopeless at maths - English was my better subject.

Well done to him. I have no idea what a step paper is but the a level marks are brilliant.
STEP papers are harder than A levels but only Cambridge asks for them. He had to pass for Warwick and a 3 counts as a pass which is why they accepted him. He is very disappointed he missed out on Cambridge but it may well turn out for the better as probably they will ALL be brilliant students, whereas at Watrwick he may be better. Who knows but I am proud of him.

That is understandable, but quite honestly they demand ridiculously high entry standards (unless you are a member of the royal family of course or the offspring of a celebrity).

He will quickly get over it amid the excitement of the impending move to Warwick where he will get just as good an education as he would at Cambridge.

Last years winner Aaron tweeted the following earlier.

Three CBB's in a year? And this one so soon after the final?? Truly awful work again. Take a bow BB. Ruining LukeA's limelight.

Well, they did an even better job of ruining his winning moment, at least Luke came out to cheers so that's something to be grateful for.

BB should really have LukeA on bbots at some point during celeb BB.I for one would like his take on it and he should get to be in the celeb house too, even if just for a few hours. Don't like the way the people who went through 10 weeks have been sidelined so quickly. Stupid.

Yeah, I agree. And i am annoyed at the silly people on the main forum who keep on and on thinking it is funny to have forgotten all the BB13 housemates.

On a positive note, you couldn't really say Luke sounds bitter and twisted about anything, could you? Every single photograph of him seems suffused with a radiant happiness.

You're right there. He didn't often have a lot to smile about in the BB house but he seems to have done plenty since he got out. Anyone with any more pictures/links please feel free to post. I love looking at that smiling face.

Awww. Adam was lovely when Luke won. (I'm sure Luke would have been equally lovely if Adam had won). What a shame Luke and Adam couldn't have got £50,000 each and Conor could have got - I dunno - Benedict's chair instead.

It feels so odd not to be watching CBB. It is like giving up smoking. I keep looking at the discussion topics and biting my nails. Is there such a thing as actual BB addiction? I have barely missed a single episode in the history of the programme, apart from a crucial and dislocating two weeks of BB 11. Having just come back from holiday I am thinking of going on another one, with no tv, just to get away from it all. I am a sad case. But I really did get a bit too emotionally engaged in the last BB, actually lying awake at night fretting about it.

I think there is, but in this instance it isn't an addiction as such. It's just that someone we have become very attached to, and has been part of our lives for 10 weeks is suddenly no longer there. It's a long time since I got as involved in a BB as I have this time and I am really missing it.

It's great that we at least are getting snippets from twitter and facebook but it is in no way an adequate substitute. I suppose there is one consolation - imagine how bereft we would be feeling if we had had access to live feed considering how much we are missing the 1 hour nightly show.

I am not into this CBB. I haven't yet watched last night's show and that isn't like me at all.

.
I was never a massive watcher of live feed - my husband already finds the BB period a severe strain on his patience without watching even more - but I would have loved to have had some this year. Twitter used to drive me mad by constantly referring to really interesting sounding conversations that the outsiders were having, not one single word of which was ever broadcast.

Also, youtube is practically a desert this year. I remember after Shabby walked out of the house in 2010 a fan collated about 50 little extracts of live feed starring her and put the whole lot on as a playlist (is playlist the right word for youtube? I forget). I watched them all at a sitting, and it was like the best BB show ever. Do a search on Luke A this year and there is almost nothing as far as I can see (even apart from Ch 5's habit of blocking things). By far the best archive is the transgenderzone blog, but it doesn't actually move....

Me too I sent Luke a message via facebook and asked if he'd drop in and say hi on this appreciation thread but he said that when he last looked on digitalspy everyone was slating him . I'm so annoyed at some bitter people on the MF . There are loads of questions I'd like to ask him too and nooo he can't sell his stripey blue hoodie .

Yes, they've got reason to be bitter COS LUKE WON
As you can tell I'm still pretty darn pleased - mainly because I was so not expecting it.

And I'm glad you agree about the hoodie. Every time anyone mentions it I picture him wearing it and how cute he looked. I really should get out more

Yes and he received the most votes to win and topped the vote everytime he was up for eviction, that must tell us something .

There was a HM a couple of years ago who registered so he could say thanks on his AT. Then he fell foul of his detractors and that put him off coming back. He's stayed friends with a lot of the AT members though, which is the main thing, they even meet up for birthdays and the like.

I think Luke's a bit too fragile to cope with the DS bearpit but he's making friends in his FB group and getting on great in there. As much as we might miss him on TV, he's really blossomed since he came out and realised how much people like him. Hopefully it's put all that self-hatred behind him.

Lovely message he left on FB last night:
Funny ... Kind... Witty people makes me feel soooo lucky to have ur support
Val, I hope everything works itself out ok (((hugs)))

There is always the PM system if you want to confide to a random stranger, often sharing reduces the problem and gives you an anonymous perspective on things.
Thanks for everyone's continued good wishes. Obviously, if anyone's really interested I wouldn't mind you PMing me. Trouble is, whenever I've tried talking about it with anyone they quickly lose sympathy and certainly don't want to do anything practical to help. It's one of those problems where it's easier to leave it for someone else to clear up. So I've grown very cynical about talking things over.

I know this is a ridiculous thing to post really, but if there is anything at all that a total stranger could help with ...In the meantime, .I don't suppose a picture of a baby that looks like John prescott will help at all?
I think someone needs a DNA test!

That striped hoodie is a legend lol.

Hope he has a nice time with Adam today, am sure he will -Adam clearly thought the world of him and vice versa.

Thought it so sweet and funny when Luke said Adam made him feel safe in there lol
