Not at all - I, and I'm sure many others, feel exactly the same.
Yes, me as well. I thought he was a bit nervous to be honest but he came across well. I loved it when he asked Cheryl a proper question and she had to take time to answer - not used to that on Bit of the Side are they

I switched off DS when I started reading that - I became so angry I would have been in danger of being banned. It was so lovely to see Luke - how he looked "smug" I fail to see. I thought he looked genuinely happy and the audience seemed to like him too.

Me too. I read the first few then decided to give it a miss. He was hardly on enough to get the chance to look smug - although it was enough for someone's first appearance on something like BOTS. I also thought he looked happy and I'm very pleased for him.

Thought Luke came across really well on bbots last night and everyone who meets him seems to be thoroughly charmed by him, including Emma Willis

I tweeted him about whether his stint on bbots had given him a taste for more and he tweeted back - "Hell Yeah!"

This funny and attractive chap definitely needs to be on our tellys again.

I couldn't agree more with all of the above. I said at the time that Emma couldn't hide her glee that he won - Alice looked like someone had knocked her pint over as they say in my neck of the woods and Jamie excused his demeanour by saying he didn't have a favourite (which to me translated as his favourite didn't win ).

Hi Patsy, thanks for dropping in. I hope BB withdrawal symptoms didn't spoil your holiday too much, haha!

Yes it was a heck of a final, the most uplifting and appropriate ending it needed.

I've managed to catch up with my BOTS recording this afternoon. My, hasn't Luke blossomed since he won? For his first time doing something like that he came across as very telegenic and made a lot of good contributions (especially as he hadn't actually been watching the show much! ) Emma, of course, was like bread dough in his hands.

Someone on the MF has started a more positive thread about his appearance. Get in now before the bitter bunch take over!

http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1724205

Luke's also done an interview on the BB Facebook page:

It's a lovely interview. I've read the positive thread and enjoyed it but I haven't commented. Nice comments are just like a red rag to a bull to some people so I thought I'd just stay in the background

I bet if Becky had won, Jamie would have been more cheerful .

Thanks, that's a great interview. I agree with a lot of what he said, he must have had a marathon catch up session of CBB before appearing on BBBOTS, as he seems to know what he's talking about. it's great to see that he has honoured his promise and has given Adam the 5K.

Whew! Back for the second time from somewhere where I had no internet access (or tv). This time only the Peak District, but staying somewhere with nothing more modern than a tin opener.

Stopped off in a motorway service station to see if they had New magazine, which they didn't, and had a look at other bunches of old cobblers like Now and Reveal, but they seem to have moved straight onto CBB stories. I might still try and find a New just to have it, although thanks v much to Hulakula for the transcript.

It's exactly the same five people it always is though. With one notable exception (tragically lost to the forum, it would appear), that is really a compilation of Luke's five greatest detractors. There is clearly nothing on earth he could have done that would have changed their minds. I will try and watch BOTS tonight or tomorrow, though it is a bit ludicrous really to watch BOTS about a series I haven't watched.

I'm glad that the money deal this year was straightforward, sensible and honorably dealt with. Last year's was a total dog's dinner that left almost no one looking good. Still wishing there was some magical way I could abstract £50,000 from Conor's bank account though and transfer it silently into Luke's or Adam's. Is there a 'computer hacking for dummies' book I could start with?

BIB I noticed that. He obviously had made an effort to catch up because you could tell he knew what he was talking about (which puts him one up on most of the guests on BOTS )

Welcome back WD and I hope you had a fab holiday.
I am off to Greece next Saturday so will miss the end of CBB - not that I'm too bothered about that

I always find it so sad that anyone can dislike a housemate as inoffensive as Luke A so much. Having another favourite and being a bit miffed that they didn't win is one thing but this kind of dislike for someone who has never done anything to you I find hard to come to terms with.

I'm pleased Adam's got his money and that Luke kept to his side of the bargain (like we all thought he would). Adam's done ok out of BB too - a good friendship, a 50" television and £5,000 isn't bad at all

Welcome back Patsy and wonkey.

It is sour grapes jean. I think it is so funny, some people cannot let go. Luke looked amazing, only watched because he was on. I have missed him on our screens.

I know but it is still very annoying. If they can't say something nice, then say nothing! I hope they invite him back - the finalists do miss out by not having a week on BBBOTS!

You're welcome , the interview was accompanied by a few photos from his photo shoot with Schwarzkopf and a short interview about his new makeover. I presume it will be available to buy until tuesday. I hope you enjoyed your holiday, I don't know how you survived for so long without the internet I would have been an itchy mess . I bet it wasn't as frustrating as missing the final where Luke was crowned winner of BB13 .

I'm glad that the money deal this year was straightforward, sensible and honorably dealt with. Last year's was a total dog's dinner that left almost no one looking good. Haha, I really hope you suceed . I'm glad that he honoured his promise to Adam, I didn't doubt for a second that he wouldn't. It just reminds us of why we wanted him to be crowned the winner .

Welcome back, I hope you had a great holiday.I'm sure learning that Luke was the winner was a nice surprise to get back to . I don't know whether you've seen the voting percentages for each week but it's quite interesting

The 'outsiders' trounced the 'insiders' every week and Luke topped the votes, everytime he was up for eviction.

Ooh, please don't mention evictions - brings back memories of the Lauren v Luke one (shudders)

Still, at least Luke won
