Getting a Samsung ES8000 TV and am wondering if I record a programme being broadcast in 3D will it play on the new TV in 3D.

I think all the freesat STB's just record the transport stream directly - so the recording should replay fine.

Yes - Select SBS (Side By Side) mode on the TV.

thanks so much will record BBCHD now the remainder of the Olympic programmes broadcast by them in 3d for future viewing. Appreciate your help so much.
