Im a t mobile customer, my phone is using the orange signal atm, when i do a network search tmobile comes up but says 'your sim card wont allow access to this network' . Its off and on one min i can connect then i cant, same on my sisters phone tmobile has full 3g here too

I'm with T-Mobile as well, when I search I always get two T-Mobile networks listed in the results as opposed to one of each of the other networks.

One of the two T-Mobile networks always comes up with an error if I try to connect but the other one always works.

ive got tmobile and tmobile orange, when i try t mobile i cant get on, it usually fine, plus i had 3g an hour ago not it will on go on to tmob orange :/ its strange just wont latch on to tmobile , must be a fault always usually have full 3g tmob at home

edit: back to full 3g signal now (for now) is it possible the storms we had in the area today could of caused problems, i noticed when i was at work today 25 miles away today i couldnt use the internet

Yeah, I have T-Mobile Orange as well.

Here's a screenshot taken within the last 5 minutes: http://th07.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/...66-d59xp4l.png
As I say, one will let me connect, the other won't.

Orange and T-Mobile are both owned by Everything Everywhere

http://everythingeverywhere.com/

and both networks are effectively integrated into one. I wonder if it is a valid network that you are seeing listed as T-Mobile on the phone? Could the "real" network be T Mobile Orange? Can you connect OK to that one?

I'm on Orange and I get Orange T Mobile listed as my network. I can also see an Orange network listed which does work for me. But if your phone works and lets you register on T Mobile Orange then I would be tempted to leave it on that and not worry about it.

its strange, i have full tmob 3g then it drops back to 2g tmob orange and i cant connect to tmob.

edit: tmob have got back to me on twitter sating there are cell masts down in my area and 'I'm afraid there is performance issues within the area at present within T-Mobile, our engineers are aware of this '& looking to resolve ASAP .

so looks like it is a fault and not my phone yesterday and today there has been a few bad storms, maybe a mast has been hit by lightning and knocked something out??

I've been having problems since last night too. I use mine for mobile broadband, and all day one minute it'll work, the next it won't. It's annoying since I'm trying to write a new chapter for a story of mine on fanfiction.
Hopefully it'll be ok soon.
