With Warehouse 13 season 3 added, I was quite excited. Though I usually watch at night so TV is low and subtitles on. So far all of the first 5 episodes of season 3 have had the subtitles go out of Sync after what would be the first advert break if it were on TV.

This is the same on Xbox, PS3 and PC and still an issue after complete network reboot, and still the case this morning.

Anyone else come across this issue?

You can also go to the Netflix website, click on viewed titles and each title will have a report problem link for exactly this sort of issue.
