It's just over a year since Cora Cross arrived following her short stint in April of last year. What are your thoughts on her so far?

She's alright overall. Her scenes have been brilliant recently, we'll see how it goes I suppose.

started strong, flagged a bit in the middle as they retooled her and forgot her past, strong again now they are addressing her history ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

I think an extra option of 'I love her but she's not a legend yet' is necessary but as it is I voted the last one.

Legends are formed over time, you're right; one year is not enough to judge a character.

She's watchable but not her greatest fan.

Exactly. Unless we're talking Chrissie Watts, one year's far too little to judge...

Absolutely adore Cora. They need to do everything possible to make sure that she stays exactly where she is. I would cry if she leaves.

I think she's just okay as a character, but Ann Mitchell really brings her to life whenever she is given something to do. She's a character who I'd like to see expanded and given a more prominent role over the next year, but for now, I don't think the character is quite as great as people on here sometimes make out...

Ann mitchell is an excellent actress who I think would be great smoking upstairs in the vic kitchen! She has something of a legendary character about her and would love to see her become more central. I think move kat alfie n mo slater out of the vic into a house on the square and sharon into the vic and have her hire cora. The scenes between the two could be excellent and they don't have to be related just pair them up.

I put that I like her, but I think some people far overrate her.It will take her a long time to become a key matriarchal figure in the show, if ever

I really liked her at first but she became a bit dull I thought she would be a force of nature but she's a bit too nice.

You can't become a legend after just 12 months, apart from in EE

She was great when she first came into it, but after the Monday nights at the nightclub started up she just became a pain. Her scenes with Patrick are great though, and I'm starting to enjoy her again. I hope TPTB put her with Patrick again, and it wasn't just a quick flash-in-the-pan to lead into the Tanya/Ava thing.

edited to add: her scenes before and after Heather's murder were great, when she was hanging out loads with Rose and Dot. The synchronised smoking on the stairs with June Brown was a nice touch.
