Its a hardware upgrade so you will need engineers and new equipment. I estimate at least £10,000. Im sure someone on the forum will have a better idea of the cost.
If there is no nearby power or fibre it can a good bit more expensive, although they may have deals in place now with fibre suppliers that there is no up front costs. Used to cost thousands but think it's part of the ongoing contracts nowadays.
