Deana's erratic behaviour was definitely worthy of a thread questioning whether the stress had got too much for her, it was a good discussion point.

Other housemates have had copious threads diagnosing them as sociopaths, having Aspergers and/or other mental illness, to which many FMS have gleefully responded and agreed with.

That Deana thread was mild in comparison and I was genuinely wondering if all was okay with her.

If they ever said why or had a reason based on what's been shown that would be fine. But really it's just a handful and to me they just seem to motivated by bitterness. In most years I'm not down with the forum favorite, it's actually rare that a hm I find interesting to watch and listen to is seen the same way by the majority. Still didn't provoke me to start nasty threads in which to moan about being in the minority. Or to whine about not liking the forum favorite. Couldn't stomach Aisleyne or Nikki LOL Enjoyed Shabby and Keeva didn't care for Josie. Don't care if others shared my opinion or had a different view. Still had an ignore list of over 100 that year, so many vicious posters and that's something I won't tolerate. They are all strangers, we aren't related to them, they are contestants on a game show not celebrities. They've done nothing in their lives to be fanatical about or to be a fan of. Those that dismiss other's as "fanatics" haven't read the T&C's .

Would you like to provide some links to these 100% offensive threads about Caroline? How about the so many threads that were anti shievonne? There were a lot of relevant threads the week Shievonne seemed to be a totally different person, which we now know had a bit to do with her being on serious pain meds but we didn't know then.

In my experience with your posts I've found that you like to make claims that aren't true. You claimed that Deana had tweeted something nasty to Caroline, when I asked for proof you provided a tweet not from Deana's account but from a random Deana fan's account. So what you stipulated was not fact but a lie. You also said in the same post that Caroline had not engaged in that sort of thing, also not true, and I provided 2 examples. 1 of her tweeting nasties about hm's and one where she retweeted a nasty.

All housemates are not dissected equally. I will give you this, as Deana is the only one being honest in there I do understand why supporters of fake hm's or hm's that hide what they really feel or hm's with no redeeming qualities feel the need to try and bring down Deana. Same thing happens to the most likely winner every year. I find it petty and in some cases pathetic but most of the time it just comes across to me as whining and moaning so I don't engage in those threads most of the time. Would like to say that I never engage but I'm not perfect either.

Anyway I only put the vicious people on ignore. You may have one track you like to stay on but so far you haven't appeared to me to be vicious. That I won't tolerate.

Forums are open for discussion and many use them to vent their frustration...while many love Deana there are a fair few who simply cannot stand her and cannot comprehend why there is love for her.

Some of them are started by "new posters" who never post again. Probably too lazy to log out of their real accounts and reply to them.

Some are gamblers trying to drive a housemate's price out.

Mostly it is because at this stage of the competition nobody wants to discuss anything anymore. It;s just a shouting match between groups of fans-lots of point scoring, grudges and baiting. It's all pretty boring to be honest.

I always stated the tweet was from Deana's facebook page., for the record, I even posted it. Why would I lie and then post the link for all too see? The tweet from Caroline was not nasty and the retweet referred to a digestive biscuit, these were obviously the only things you could find after trawling her twitter.

There are enough people who acknowledge the copious unpleasant threads directed at Caroline and Shievonne, links are not necessary to prove that was correct.

I don't think Deana is being honest in the slightest and I have no problems with whoever you choose to put on ignore.

This is about the 10th thread accusing the people who don't like Deana of making vapid, meaningless threads, as if Deana fans are immune from being extremists and writing vacuous threads to which they never back up themselves either.

Most people who post make good points and support them, I've never felt the need to block anyone, don't understand people who do.

I can't speak for Deana threads, but last year I started a thread about something that Aaron had done which genuinely puzzled me - it got some very hostile replies, particularly as I was a Jay fan.

The sheer volume of replies I got made me hide under the desk for about three days - defending myself would have been futile.

So it could just be that they feel a bit ganged up on.

I think the prize for the most number of abusive threads this year goes jointly to Becky and Ashleigh. Both have had some really harsh words spoken about them. A lot of people won't even use Ashleigh's actual name.

Im not a fan of her but I really dont think shes as bad as some people make out. Shes hardly public enemy number one or the new Grace. Theres a fair few others this year past and present who ive disliked MUCH more than her
