Three customers on The One Plan PLEASE READ

Hi, I logged onto My3 and I just noticed a new line added to my remaining allowance today called 'Internet (MBs) 5,120'

I didn't notice this before and I was wondering are they about to change their One Plan tariff? From all you can eat to a 5GB plan instead?

Does anybody else have this on their account? It will be interesting to see if they do as this could be an early indication of Three making changes. It could be just my account I do not know...

Ring them and ask them. I doubt they'd do it.

Given that they have spent millions on promoting their One Plan all you can eat data across the UK seems a bit of a waste if they were going to change this. Perhaps its just a glitch or something!

Well if they did do this i would be aiming to get out of my contract maybe using legal advise.I am already annoyed at them that my monthly line rental went from what was sold to me in the shop of £38 a month to £40 a month. Will have to see how this goes.

Mine says all you can eat data included. Though like gold fire they have just put up my price plan though without bothering to tell me first. Though I was aware of the increase from all the negative press they got over it but thought I'd luckily escaped it as I never got a letter/email/text like everyone else

The mythree never shows the right information for the one plan. It is unlimited, but their systems have not yet been updated. If you call Three they will explain this. It is unlimited, so there is no need to see how much you have left. It may show the wrong allowance in MB, but it's unlimited.

Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile and Three have all put their prices up by over 3.5% for existing customers in the past 12 months. It's shocking how companies (not just mobile service providers) can get away with doing this all the time. (I'm looking at you home broadband/gas/electricity providers)

Actually yes an iPhone 4S three days after launch though worth mentioning that the iPhone isn't the only phone that would result in a £41 price plan on 3. And I did get the 32GB model which is more expensive

No demand whatsoever...

Probably why Three haven't bothered to drop the price. One thing i've noticed about Three's pricing stratagy is that they have no mid range phones priced in a mid range region. For example the Galaxy Ace low end phone is £13pm. The S2 or S3 is £29pm and £33pm respectivly. And then phones like the S Advance, or Galaxy Ace 2 etc... are all the same price/more expensive than the S2/on par with the S3.

I've notice this happen with pretty much all the networks where now its better and even cheaper in some cases to go for a higher end phone over a mid range one.

Highly unlikely.

They've only just begun a major advertising campaign across different platforms, part of which highlights the unlimited dat.

Jellybean - right here right now, no waiting. Hence the demand and wait time.
