Hmm...

Just watched the VT of this evenings episode - edge-of-the-seat stuff, I wonder will the three of them make it?

duncan was not overside off cliff with car he reappeared at top of cliff for some reason in episode but just looked on car with rhys and kane looking over sidepof cliff and going to duncan ''what have you done?''and rhys just all upset and shoutting out ''Jade''

i thought it was hilarious the other guy was in a nissan skyline, which would have easily left duncan for dead. was a bit silly really

hyde does leave for a while after he's involved in an accident, (once again involving duncan!). But its not for long and (in Australia!) hes now back as a full-time character.

He isn't a full time character though, you might aswell call Morag that. They are guest characters on contracts for so many weeks a year. While the main characters are on the contracts and have so many episodes a week contracts.

Hmm...

They have it at 1900, why don't they pop the UK "version" at 1900 and then they may leave some more scenes in...

Could Five's cuts simply be down to trying to shorten the programme?

It starts at 6pm and usually finishes at 6:26pm which leaves four minutes of adverts before Family Affairs starts at 7pm.

FA starts at 1830.

However, I do remember that when it was on ITV1 certain regions had it from 1700-1730 and others 1800-1830, I can't remember why, but IIRC it ended up finishing around 1727 or so. (We weren't in a 1800-1830 region). I presume it finished around 1827 for them. But, yes it does finish quite early...

Unlikely to happen as the actress lives in london now- which is quite a commute to the H&A set!

Home and Away is really great at the moment,really good storylines and some great stuff coming up too,can't wait for it all!
