I think the funniest I have ever heard is last year on the news, there was a guy called 'Major Dickie Head'.
There was a horse race trainer named Dick Head, one of his horses was ridden in a race by a jockey called A. Bastard.

I once worked at a place where one of the managers was one Reginald Sole. Every day for a laugh we'd get the switchboard operators to call for "R. Sole" over the tannoy.

I still think the weirdest name is 'Blanket' as in Blanket Jackson.

But 'Blanket' - why would you name your child after bedding??
Blanket's only a nickname though. His real name is Prince Michael II (pretty stupid to call both your children Prince Michael though)

Mohammed Mohammed has to be one of the worst. It's bad enough giving your child their surname as a first name too, but when that surname happens to be the most popular boy's name in the world, you're just taking the cake. It's as if his parents were actively trying to give him the most boring name they could think of.
I have always thought that Muslims were obliged to call their first born son Mohammed so if they also have that as a surname then they don't have much choice! It's no worse than Neville Neville (Gary Neville's dad)

I knew a lad called Andrew Robert Steven Ellis [think of the initials, his parents obviously weren't!]

When I was in McDonalds yesterday I noticed the cleaning lady's name badge and she was called Hikky!

Nina Nanar - can't believe this, but feel sorry for the poor maid. Imagine if she's ever stopped by the Police and they ask her name

I know of a child called Lily Bush. I don't think her parents thought about how it sounded when they named her

There's an American film and tv producer/director named David Nutter, and also one named Brian Wankum.

Also on the religious channels on Sky one of the preachers was called Oral Roberts. What parent would name their child "Oral"?
