Anyone know how I would track down my ECDL Certificate
I have an interview on wednessday for an apprenticeship in admin and will need my certificate. I took the course about a year ago when on TNG I passed but never received my certificate, TNG in Birkenhead no longer exists so I don't think there is anyway I can contact them. if anyone can be of any help I will be extremely grateful.

I think they are actually issed by the British Computer Society (mine has a bcs hologram in the bottom corner) so you could try looking around their website: www.bcs.org
One of their enquiries pages says: BCS User Qualifications (inc ECDL) enquiries By phone: UK: 01793 417530 Overseas: +44 (0) 1793 417530 Lines are open Monday - Friday 8:45 - 17:45 UK time The actual page also contains an online enquiry form. |

It is the BCS. My card has the hologram as well. You should have received your cert 6 to 8 weeks after passing.

I think my best bet is to contact them, or try and find out what happened to TNG
