heres who is in hollyoaks later
What's more, Hollyoaks Later 2012 promises to be bigger and better than ever. Emma Smithwick, Hollyoaks Series Producer, gives us a little taster of what we can expect:

"I am so excited for Hollyoaks Later this year. We have been planning the stories for a while and so the late nights will give the characters a whole new playing field in terms of how we tell their tales. Expect a lot of humour and heartbreak for some of the 6th form boys, a good dose of Brady related darkness and a wild excursion for Mitzeee."

You read that right: BRENDAN BRADY finally makes his Hollyoaks Later debut, plus there's Laters '10 & '11 survivor Mitzeee and some Sixth Former action too.

Yes, it wouldn't have been right. And I think Ste genuinely appreciated it, but alas.

It clearly meant a lot to him that Brendan didn't take advantage, even if a part of him sort of wished he would have.

I think ste really did notice a difference in Brendanin terms of control and stuff and may it continue, he would also have to show that he's rained his temper in i wonder how oaks plan on going about this.

See we all thought he was going in for a kiss, what if it was a good old mouth full of moustache instead?

Oh you could tell he was dying to kiss back.

Awww, Brendan.

Him closing his eyes at the end said it all.

I love that, that he found it so hard to resist, but he did it anyway, because it was right for Ste.

Memories for him.

It was something I was happy to discover.

That's what I suspect.

I love when he does that on ILY Day, when they're on the floor.

Definitely. I can't stress enough how lovely it was not to see that smirk. It was a complete moment of genuineness.

The deli scene was amazing. I love the quiet, accepting "I know." It was like he was breaking inside, but he put on a brave face.

And Ste's eyes.

I wonder if it hurt Brendan to talk about, the near-kiss thing, reminding him what he could've had/taken advantage of, but didn't.

I mean I don't think it hurt that he didn't take advantage of Ste, but the chance to be with Ste again just for one more night.

Cos you could tell he was doing everything he could, the minute he walked into the deli, to avoid talking about it. And then Ste did, and he looked so bloody sad.

Yeah, exactly. Ste was genuine, Brendan was too. And he just didn't need to hear it. He didn't need an explanation. Aw, Brendo.

Yeah, I think hearing Ste ramble about it clearly upset him. He wanted to clear the air, I guess, but didn't want to hear Ste talk about Doug/mistakes, because Brendan already knew.

Oh I'm sure, tez. He probably thought about how he could finally have the one person he's always wanted, and it must have stung to know that, however right it was, he turned him down.

And you're right about the avoidance. He seemed to be doing everything he could not to look at him for too long.

Even though Ste sounded about as convincing as he did when he was with Noah, about him and Doug.

But yeah, aw. Brendan.

I did like Ste's face after Brendan had left. As though he was thinking, "Yep. Me and Doug. Yep ..." like he'd managed to only slightly convince himself.

ETA: It probably reminded him just how much he loved Ste, as well. Not being able to take advantage of him like that. Cos in the past, he would've been able to, no problem. But now he can't.

I imagine he never really needed to be reminded but it'd just be another constant reminder that he's not over him, and he probably never will be, and it kills him inside that he can't have him.

Oh, I agree. I was saying something similar late last night about that moment.

It's such a tiny moment but I love what Kieron does with it.

Yeah, Ste looked like he was trying to convince himself as much as Brendan. I suppose he has to convince himself. Doug is all he has now.

On another topic, I couldn't find the song on Spotify, but I wasn't really bothered to go through every song on the entire playlist...

Oh yeah and Paul didn't give his wife the blue eye.

Again, it's how great he is at giving the tiniest things away by just changing his expression by like, the smallest amount.

I just love how he was obviously trying his best to convince both of them, that it was a mistake because he's with Doug, and he just sounded so .. I dunno, like he was desperate for it to sound true.

Aww, Ste.

Go to Ireland with Brendan.

Go talk to Simon.

Befriend Joely and tell him that plotting against Brendan is probably the stupidest idea in the world.

Kind of relieved about that. Psychological manipulation makes a better story.
