Tablet with 3G and some gaming capability?
Hi, wondering if there's any tablet that's capable of playing a game such as Astro Garden (a Facebook game) and also have 3G capability?
The missus wants one to take to work and use / play at lunchtime (her office IT policy is rather strict so she wants some way to surf, email during lunch using a 3G connection) She'll only use it at lunch and their IT dept won't/don't seem capable of opening up the PC's during lunch like some places seem to do. If no 3G tablets exist then I guess she'll have to go to McD's or another free wifi supplier for lunch. Any ideas/comments welcomed.... budget might stretch to £250 ish |

The original Samsung Galaxy Tab (GTP1000) can be had for around £200. It's a cracking piece of kit, decent camera, and can even make 'phone calls.

Thanks for that, do you think it might cope with some facebook (flash?) type games?

The thing to remember with the Flash games on Facebook is that they're not usually optimised for tablet. They're made for a mouse, so it might not work as well on a tablet. Worth trying out on one before laying out the money!

Yeah shame the wife only seems to want to play this Astrogarden one and I can't see it on my Google play (I've got an Android phone so fairly familiar with it)
