I recently joined O2, and have been very pleased with their service apart from the billing.

For some reason they only seem to be doing online billing, and im not always able to be near a computer to check it out. I would much rather have a paper copy sent to me monthly so i can keep track of things.

I have written and asked for paper copies, but i have heard from others that it takes months for them to sort it out.

Has anyone else had any problems with this ?

If you signed up to o2 Online, then it is written somewhere in the Terms and Conditions that you agree not to receive paper bills (email instead)

I think you can get a paper statment, yes, but it takes them a while to process. I'm not too sure, but if my memory serves me correctly I think they'll charge you for the paper version too (about £2.99)

Bugger that, i wont pay them an extra £3 a month. My monthly bill is only £18.99 anyway, so thats quite an additional chunk.

Oh well, i will just have to make sure i leave plenty of money in my account, just incase the bill goes up.

The only other thing I can suggest is if you live near an o2 store, go into them they're pretty good, they will check the amount of your bill on their computers

I signed up for an o2 online contract with online billing, so i get an email each month telling me my bill is ready and still send me a paper invoice, i was surprised by this, but dont really care, so you can get both.
