I upgraded my contract via mobiles.co.uk and it was the worst decision I ever made. The phone was delivered but I had to arrange a return so I called customer service and they said they had organised a courier for Thursday between 9 and 5.
No courier turned up and when I phoned back I was told they would find out what happened and get a supervisor to call me back that afternoon. NOBODY called back or emailed so I wrote a message on their facebook page and they simply deleted it without replying. Poor service from a poor company...

I've ordered two phones from them in the past and didn't have any problems with customer service....

They are part of Carphone Warehouse so it might be worth popping down to your local store.

They're owned by CPW but the deals/tariffs they offer are different so any faulty exchanges/returns within the first 28 days have to be handled directly with Mobiles.co.uk - if memory serves.

I wouldn't mess about, just stop the Direct Debits or what ever method your paying them and dont budge until you are happy with the outcome!

I wouldn't advise doing this as the direct debit is with the network not mobiles.co.uk!

Agreed! This approach will achieve nothing more than debt collection letters and a ruined credit history.
