Maybe the reason some people are shocked is because they had no clue how popular Scott was or wasn't because he never faced eviction and then add to that the crowd reaction for Scott was very positive

I wouldn't say he was deluded maybe if everyone hated him like Conor but he's not really hated even on his twitter page i've not seen one negative tweet towards him

Mind you, with getting a 100% positive reception and with everyone constantly telling him it was a shock, what is he meant to think? Not exactly deluded, more misinformed. Although if he watches it back, sees he was basically just an extra in the Deana vs Conor show and still thinks it was complacency then yeah, he'd be deluded.
