Junior Apprentice 2012?
Anyone know if we are getting a Junior Apprentice this year - and if we are - when does it start?
I'm getting withdrawal symptoms Thanks |

There's definitely a new series of it as they did auditions for it earlier this year. Don't know when it starts though, presumably after summer?

Lord Sugar has confirmed it but claimed it was the BBC, not him, who decided to axe:

Its too much, one series a year is enough. Two series a year and people get bored and turn off.

I preferred it when winners of the regular series got a job, so that it and the Junior Apprentice had their differences.

Hey, I'm reading it and I'm jolly glad there'll be some more spotty herberts in suits that are too big for them for us to laugh at.

I'll be recapping every episode as I do for both the Junior and Grown-Up series. If anyone's feeling nostalgic, I've attached a link below to my recap of the final (links to other episodes included in the post): http://slouchingtowardsthatcham.com/...n-piggy-panic/ |

I hope it's not the last one this year - Lord Sugar's comments have made it unclear whether that rumour is completely untrue, or whether the decision has been made but not by him. I think there is hope though, because surely if that decision had been made, he would have stated that explicitly? He said, 'If there are no more series' in the tweet... that suggests the decision hasn't been made yet.
I think it is in danger though, it only gets about half the ratings of the adult series. I prefer the Young version to the adult version. |
