I got a BT Vision Box a few months back with my BT package (TV, Phone, Broadband).
Because of the area I live in, my TV signals are a bit funny anyway - I get BBC provided through Tyne Tees/ North East & Cumbria area, but ITV, Channel 4 and 5 are through the Yorkshire signal.
I have 2 TVs which both include freeview, but one is connected to my BT box. ITV, Channel 4 and 5 (plus a lot of other freeview channels) are fine when watching on Freeview, but when I watch through BT the signal is really scrambled and I get little or no signal at all.
I have tried retuning the box many times, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference. Is there anything else I could do to fix it?

Do you have any channels in the 800 region? If the box detects 2 copies of the same channel it numbers the duplicates starting at 800.
