I have questions for you technically minded people!
I have a Sharp GX10 that I want to unlock, is it true that I cannot use a USB data cable to do this? Someone told me that I can only use a Serial (RS232) cable for this job, is that true?
I know where to get the software for this, so I don't need help with that thankyou.

Also, can anyone give me a web address for a site which offers software upgrades for a Nokia N-Gage with "white screen of death" issues?

Flashing Nokias yourself is very hard and requires a lot of techinical knowledge and the exact files to replace - these will be very hard if not impossible to find on the net.

Go here: http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,33684,00.html to find your nearest Nokia shop thingy and they will flash it for you. If your phone is 18 months old or less they will do it for free.
