I bet he's pleased that's over and done with now then Must have been a helluva few months having that hanging over his head as it could have affected his future acting career.

Good for him. I wonder if the people on here who immediately declared him guilty as soon as this story broke will pop in to offer their congratulations?

Thrown out because the witnesses lied about leaving the club after 5 min, so their credibility was shot.

He wasnt found not guilty. He still punched the guy

How can this derp be cleared? If you have your jaw broken in a club it's obviously him if people saw the altercation.

because the boys said they left the club after 5 mins but their was cctv footage of them there for over an hour. so basically nothing they said could be consider credible and so the case was thrown out.

He's not the only one, in fact I'd say he's improved, unlike some others.

Yes he was.

Punching someone does not make one guilty of ABH

The trial was thrown out, no case to answer, thats not the same as being found not guilty.

Besides it was GBH

The guy lied..what's to say he didn't get into another fight or even fall in the missing time.

The guy hit Tony first, he hit him back but there's no proof that he caused the injury...it could have happened afterwards.

Like it or not he is innocent..no case to answer.

People need to give this guy a break. The other guy botched his statements to worsen the allegations. I think it's pretty clear now that Tony acted in self defense. Fair enough you don't like his acting, but is there really need to wish incarceration on the actor himself? Pretty nasty imo. I don't think he's that bad an actor. He has certainly improved and is better than Matt, the only thing holding him back is the Whitney relationship.
