With another series down it means that it's that time of year again, when we become all superficial and judge housemates from series past and series present. Those of you that are regulars to DS:BB will know the drill by now, but here is how it works for those new to the forum or for those wanting a refresh:

I've run the Ultimate Hottest Housmate Poll for the last four years, using Survey Monkey, it tallies 100 peoples rankings on both male and female housemates and works out their order based on an average score.

The Rules

-The poll is conducted by using Survey Monkey.
-The maximum number of responses is 100, so if you want to vote make sure you get in there quickly.
-The vote works on a Rating basis. You must rate each housemate out of 10. (1 for least hottest and 10 for most hottest.)
-Make sure you rate as many housemates as possible, if you can't remember a housemate either leave it blank or stick with a safe "5" rating, as long as it is consistent.
-Anyone trying to blatantly rig the poll will have their votes disqualified. This only happens in rare cases, for example where somebody votes their favourite housemate a 10 and then votes every other housemate a 1.
-"Hottest" doesn't simply have to mean looks, although that tends to be a defining factor. But obviously a good personality can make someone much hotter than somebody with a lousy personality.
-Most importantly, vote fairly.

Will last years winners Maisy James and Aaron Allard-Morgan hold on to their tops spots and represent BB12 well? Will Imogen make it five consecutive years as runner-up or can she finally win? And how will the BB13 lot fair, are any of them potential winners?

(I have included every housemate from BB1-BB13 including Celebrity Hijack. I understand that there have been certain changes in some housemates lives, for example Kemal now classes himself as a woman, and Sam Brodie classes himself as a man - however I categorised them as how they described themselves at the time of their series.)

I'd always feel a bit unsure about doing a poll such as this so shortly after a series is over, especially when there is still a lot of strong feelings towards housemates which may distort the results. I remember back in the 2010 poll which was done at the height of Pepper Fever, and ended up with Sam Pepper finishing in sixth place as a result!

I've done females for BB1 to BB4 for now, I find myself giving out a lot of 4's and my highest girl is on 9 right now

My only 10 was Rachel Rice, Noirin Kelly and and my 9's were Maysoon, Anouska, Hira, Saffia BB10, Emilia CH, Deana and Lydia

I was rating it purely based on sex appeal, so I actually rated a lot of people considered pretty or beautiful with low marks because they have no sex appeal.

That is a valid point. But I've always done it this way. People are still around and so will see the thread and vote.

I find it interesting how much their actions have impacted on how attractive I found them.. if Someone like Conor or Kenneth Tong for example hadn't been such an arsehole I would most likely have been rated higher.

I voted and i am pretty sure I will skew the votes a bit, I tend to find smart charming men get me hot under the collar rather than the ripped abs

But I think on a poll like this you shouldn't take those kind of factors into account, personally I would put my personal opinions of a housemate to one side and judge them purely from a visual point of view.

Grace for example was a grade A cow, but I'd rate highly because I can't ignore how good looking she was.

Really I dont think she was very good looking, even if i omit her personality.

But as I say in the Rules, this isn't specifically a "most attractive" poll, although yes that does tend to be the defining factor, but it is a "hotness" poll, and personality can make a person hot or not.

Currently I'd say its between 3 women, with one slightly pulling ahead of the others.

Still a few in the race of the Males, but I'm currently quite surprised with who is the current leader!

The BB13 lot are doing very well for themselves.

I always give an average mark (5) to those I don't remember, Certainly with the women I tend to remember the very attractive and unattractive.
